Our front desk is open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM, ensuring that we are readily available to assist you during these hours. If you need to check in outside of this time frame, we are happy to accommodate your request with prior arrangements. Please contact us in advance to make the necessary preparations for your arrival, and we will ensure a smooth and convenient check-in process.
For guests arriving after our front desk closes at 10:00 PM, we’ve made late check-ins simple and stress-free. Your room key will be securely placed in a lock pad on your door, and you’ll receive your room number and keypad passcode before arrival. To make your stay even more comfortable, we can also stock your room with drinks and snacks upon request. Please note, a $20 fee applies for unannounced late arrivals. Your card will be processed at closing. Let us know if you’ll be arriving late so we can ensure a smooth check-in.
Smoking:
At Kelly's View Motel, we prioritize the comfort and well-being of our guests and staff by strictly enforcing a no smoking policy within all indoor areas, including guest rooms, lobby, restrooms, front desk area, corridors, and dining areas. We provide a designated outdoor smoking area with ashtrays for guests who wish to smoke. Violation of this policy may result in fines or expulsion from the premises, as authorized by management and staff. Your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment contributes to the overall enjoyment of all guests, and any questions or concerns can be addressed by contacting the front desk or management.
Pets:
Our pet policy ensures a comfortable stay for all guests while accommodating furry companions in our limited pet-friendly rooms. A refundable $50 deposit per pet is required upon check-in to cover any potential damages, with guests responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they don't disturb others with excessive noise. We ask pet owners to consider their pets' behaviour before booking and remind them of their liability for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.
