Squam Lakes Natural Science Center and Ashland Railroad Station Museum are also worth visiting. Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit, less a $40 processing fee, will be returned provided we are notified in advance. This notice must be 30 days before scheduled arrival for high season, and 14 days before scheduled arrival for low season. If cancelled less than 30 days or 14 days respectively, you are responsible for the entire stay. The full daily rate will be charged if guests do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date, or depart before the final date of a guaranteed reservation.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the room charges, including tax, is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance of room charges including tax will be charged upon check-in.
One night stay and package reservations require a 100% deposit at time of booking.

Rates subject to change. Most of our rooms only accommodate 2 people but we do have a few rooms that can accommodate more than 2 people. Our rates quoted include accommodations for 2 people, there is an additional charge for more than 2 people in any room. Extra adult accommodations available at charge of $75, an extra child accommodation available at charge of $75. Minimum age of guests is 12 years of age.
The Manor on Golden Pond is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is allowed outside.
Pet accommodations are not available but we can gladly suggest a local kennel for your furry friends.
Due to the age and history of The Manor, please call ahead for descriptions and property layout before booking if you are concerned about mobility issues.
