- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 21 days prior the arrival.
- Modifications such as change of room type (downgrade), shortening of stay, or decrease the number of person per night is subject to cancellation charges if requested within 21 days prior to arrival/during guest stay.
- Cancellation request 3 days before arrival has no cancellation charges.
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days prior the arrival.

- The initial deposit will no longer refundable if will cancel after the reservation

- Booking is guaranteed with a valid accepted credit card either by deposit in part or in full depending on the booking option date provided for by the Reservations Department.
- You undertake that you are of legal age; that all details you provide as part of the booking process, payment process, or any purchase on this website are correct; that the credit card used is your own; and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the accommodations and other products& services. Reservations may be canceled if any of the above conditions cannot be met and verified.·

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT POLICY:
An incidental cash deposit of PHP 2,000/room is required and will be collected upon arrival. In case of non-consumption, it will be refunded upon check-out.
