Valley Inn is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss or damage to guest property of any kind.

Please visit the front desk to check in and check out. Guests must notify the front desk during check-in or business hours if you need to check-out outside of front desk hours. The property front desk is staffed from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm daily, and we are available via phone after hours for emergencies only.
A detailed inspection of the room is made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages, breakages, or theft of Valley Inn property found before the room is occupied again.
Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guest room accommodations. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
Individual rooms do not have dedicated phones. Guest must use their own cellular phone to call 911 for any emergency situation. By booking and staying at the Valley Inn, guest agrees to use their own cellular phone for any calls throughout the stay, including emergency calls. By booking and staying at the Valley Inn, guest waives the right to have a phone provided in the accommodation by the hotel owners. Valley Inn will not be held responsible or liable for any event in which emergency services are not contacted due to not providing a phone in the accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Reservations canceled within 72 to 24 hours of check in will be refunded half of the total stay amount. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will not be refunded or credited and will be charged in full. To cancel a reservation, please call us at 812-936-9919.

Smoking
There is no smoking inside any building or room on the premises. This applies to all smoking methods of any substance including, but not limited to: traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing.
Where any evidence of smoking exists in a room, guests will be charged a smoke cleaning fee of $150.
Housekeeping
Your room is carefully cleaned prior to your arrival. We do not enter your room every day for housekeeping services during your stay. If you need anything cleaned, refreshed, or replenished during your stay (such as fresh towels, more toilet paper, or trash removal), please call us or visit the front desk.
Parking Policy
By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. If you plan on leaving your car in our parking lot for a while, just let us know, as we reserve the right to tow vehicles.
Pet Policy
Only well behaved, house trained pets under 35 lbs are allowed to stay at the Valley Inn after payment of $25 pet fee per pet. Guest is required to disclose this to the front desk at time of check in and pay the pet fee before allowing pet into the accomodation space. If guest has pet in a room without informing the front desk and paying the pet fee, guest will be charged a minimum of $50. If there is damage to room or property from a pet, guest agrees to pay for the full repair cost to restore the damages to like new condition.
