RESERVATION POLICY·
You have to be 18 years old to book the Villa, and a valid photo ID is required upon check-in.
All requests to reserve the villa must include the first and last name of all adults occupying the villa and a valid credit card for guarantee of arrival.·
When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind 16 to 20 people max for rooms with multiple beds king,queen and 2 single bed plus extra beds are ready upon request.
CHECK-IN POLICY
Reservations should be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, pre-paid debit cards or any bank accounts. Upon check-in, a charge will be made on your credit card, or debit card or the total amount payable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens. We get that. Reservations are refundable 30 days hours prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in will have the 50% deposit forfeited. To cancel a reservation, please call us at +855 92 633 565. No-shows or cancellations received after 12:00 noon the day prior to check-in will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full.
SMOKING POLICY
Guests can smoke in the public areas and gardens of the villa expect inside the bedrooms which are non-smoking. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes,vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes ore-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $250 room cleaning fee.
PET POLICY
Are we pet friendly?You bet! No charge. Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time. Should your furry friend shed a great amount or have a potty accident in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the amount of $25-250. Should your pet cause property or item damage, an incidental fee will be charged at market value to your credit card on file. Any funds remaining from the pre-authorized amount will be released after check-out and, dependent upon your bank’s policy, will reflect on your account within 10 business days. No cats or venomous creatures.
ROOM POLICY
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. The Villa allows guests, with permission, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them. Sing your heart out and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time).
KITCHEN ROOM POLICY
Please practice safe cooking habits do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $100.
PARKING POLICY
Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of your room(or super close). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The villa does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
MINIMUM AGE POLICY
All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm booking accommodations at our villa. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification
ALCOHOL POLICY
The good news? We have a bar! Guests can purchase beer and wine in the bar area or you can also purchase from outside then, if you like, enjoy. Cheers!

It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and contact number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. The villa assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the gym/fitness center facilities, where available. If you use the gym/fitness center facilities, you do so at your own risk.
