Booking Terms
- Occupancy is maximum 2 guests per room, 8 guests if booking the entire property.
- If bringing extra guests, this must be communicated at time of booking. Additional $40 per person/night will be charged.
- All payments made to The Copeland must be received in Canadian Funds.
- Please refer to The Copeland cancellation policies specific to your booking prior to confirming.
- It is the responsibility of clients to arrive for their pre-booked reservation. Please keep in mind the mountain passes on either side of Revelstoke, occasionally subject to weather delays during the winter months. Clients should refer to all available resources (ie. Drive BC) in order to ensure timely arrival.
- The Copeland reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time. Full refunds will be given in this case.
- All clients are encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation &/or Interruption Insurance to protect them in the event they must cancel their reservation outside of the allowable parameters outlined in The Copeland policies.
Guidelines at The Copeland
- Check in time: between 3-6pm
- Check out time: before 11am
- When checking in, please come in the front entrance.
- The Copeland staff will be on-hand at check-in and check-out times, and available as needed during your stay.
- Staff will communicate how they can be contacted during stay, and who to contact in case of emergency during quiet hours.
- Once checked in, if returning with gear that needs to be securely stored and/or dried (ie. skis, damp outerwear), please bring to the drying room accessed by the back door.
- Parking for guests is available either at the back entrance, accessed via alleyway from 3rd Street, or streetfront on MacKenzie Avenue
- Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am
- No smoking*
- No pets*
- The Copeland does not have amenities specific to infants. If bringing infants or children, please come prepared with your own equipment (ie. crib)
- Following check out, client’s credit card on file will be charged for any incidentals during stay, and/or if any theft or damage is discovered in room(s).
- In such cases an additional statement outlining charges will be provided to client in a timely manner.
