Seaesta is a lively boutique hostel & hotel in the heart of Labuan Bajo, Flores. Your base to explore Komodo and Flores both above and below the water.

Seaesta contains 17 private rooms (made of 11 king double rooms, 4 twin rooms and 2 deluxe/family rooms) and 8 rooms containing 8 bunk-beds - dormitory/hostel style. along with a pool, restaurant and rooftop bar.
We are a busy venue and play live music and have DJ nights and are the party place of the town. Please bare this in mind when booking your stay with us as the music on certain nights is not switched off until 11/12am.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Seaesta Hotel & Hostel has a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, based on local time. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.
Check-in time is strictly between 14:00 and 23:00. Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception, although staff can be contacted for emergencies at any time.
Guests failing to check in by 23:00 will be considered 'no shows' and may have their entire reservation cancelled. No shows and early departures are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be approved by management and are subject to availability. Failure to receive approval for late check-out may result in an additional night's charge.
Terms and Conditions
Rates:
All rates are booked on a ROOM ONLY basis, and include 10% Government Tax. All room rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Payment Terms:
The full balance of your planned stay must be paid upon reservation. For any additional night extensions (where available), the full payment of these extra nights must be settled upon arrangement at reception.
How To Get to Seaesta Hostel & Hotel from the airport:
Seaesta is just a short 5-minute drive from the airport or a 30-minute walk. While we do not provide airport transfers, taxi services are available inside and outside the terminal. The standard price of a taxi is 70,000 IDR.
Hotel Events:
Seaesta Komodo is both a hotel & hostel, offering a social atmosphere with an onsite bar & restaurant. Please note that our bar typically closes at 11pm on most nights, and we often host live music events. When making a reservation, kindly consider these operational hours, especially if you have early morning plans.
Travelling with Minors/Children Policy:
Children of all ages are welcome at the property when accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. However, we would like to advise guests traveling with children that Seaesta is a tall 3-story building with many open spaces, low barriers, and areas where there is a risk of falling from a height. Additionally, our property features a swimming pool with a depth of 1.4 meters and no lifeguard on duty.
For the safety of all guests, children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while on Seaesta property.
Please note, that our Deluxe rooms offer the largest sleeping capacity, with a maximum occupancy of 3 persons per room. If you require accommodation for more than 3 persons, we kindly ask that you book 2 or more rooms. We do not provide extra beds or cots, and we are unable to arrange babysitting or nanny services.

Guest Responsibility and Property Care:
Seaesta Hotel & Hostel offers left luggage service for up to 24 hours after check-out. Guests may store their belongings during this period; however, all items left are at the guest's own risk.
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect yourself and all accompanying individuals throughout your entire visit. This insurance should cover illness, injury, death, cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, evacuation, theft, and other travel contingencies.
Please note that our general staff are not authorised to handle guest complaints, and all issues must be directed to hotel management directly or emailed to director@seaestakomodo.com.
Waiver:
By acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you understand that this contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
RATE CHECK
