Spring Creek Park Resort is family owned and operated since 2002, and is located in the heart of the best Bass, Bream, Crappie Fishing and Duck Hunting on beautiful Lake Seminole.
We offer assorted lodging units to meet a variety of needs and price ranges, as well as Full Service RV sites and primitive camping. Additionally, we have 2, full-service restaurants on site, open 7-days a week; "R" Country Café features home-style breakfast and lunch 7am to 2pm. and Big Jim's Restaurant features a variety of mouth-watering dinners and ice cold beer and cocktails starting at 5pm plus lunch on Saturdays. All serviced by a friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to make your entire experience truly memorable.
Adjacent to the resort is Spring Creek Park-Reynolds Landing. The landing features 2, double-lane launch ramps and parking for over 150 trucks with trailers, providing easy access to Lake Seminole’s north shore, at the mouth of Spring Creek, central to the Flint and Chattahoochee river mouths.
This 37,500-acre lake has a shoreline of 376 mi. and more than 22,000 acres of surrounding land which provides excellent recreational opportunities for boating, camping, hunting and a world-class fishing experience. Some of the primary species of fish in Lake Seminole include largemouth bass, crappie, chain pickerel, catfish, and striped bass. American alligators, snakes and various waterfowl are also present in the lake, which is known for its bass fishing and waterfowl hunting.

Terms and Conditions
We believe the children are our future, but you still have to be 21 years old and present to book a lodging unit or RV / Camp site.· A valid photo ID and credit card is required upon check-in. · Full payment for the stay is required at check-in and is not refundable. If paying by credit or debit card the payment card must be present. · Cash payments are accepted and will require a credit card on file or cash deposit of $100. · Check-in time begins at 4:00pm at Big Jim's. If you will be arriving after 9:00 pm please call (229) 861-3247 on the check-in date to arrange for after-hours check-in.· All requests to reserve a unit or site must include the first and last name and physical address of the adult occupying and responsible for the unit or site and a valid credit card for a guarantee of arrival and payment of additional charges or damages if applicable.· After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar unit or site should this be necessary.
STANDARD PRICING, FEES AND TAXES
Our rates are always awesome, and they are subject to change without notice.· Pre-paid bookings are not subject to rate changes.· Standard booking price includes the use of towels, hand towels and wash cloths for normal bathing purposes (Please bring your own towels and supplies for cleaning equipment, gear, grease paint, and other special needs), bed linens, and all other amenities applicable to specific units as mentioned on our website pages, booking engine and in our correspondence.· All stays are subject to an 8% sales tax, and all lodging units are subject to a $5 per night Hotel/Motel Fee, both mandated by the State of Georgia.· All reservations are subject to a flat $3 booking fee.
SMOKING POLICY
Breathe easy. Spring Creek Park Resort is anon-smoking property.· This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. · Any smoking, ashes, or butts in the units or strong lingering smoking scents in units will result in a disappointed look and a minimum $100 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file.
PET POLICY
Are we pet friendly? You bet, in specified units and all RV/ Camp Sites!· Be sure to select a pet-friendly unit if you are bringing pets, otherwise we'll have to add a $250 cleaning fee to remove dander and such. A maximum of two pets are allowed per pet-friendly unit (motel singles only 1 pet) or any site... No charge. · There will be a $50 charge per night for each additional pet with a maximum of 3 pets allowed in total.· Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the wooded areas and stay on a leash when outside the unit or site. No rogue puppers and, sorry … no pets in the restaurants (that’s the health department’s call and we’ve gotta heed their rules).· Pets cannot be left unattended in units at any time.· While there is absolutely no pet fee, there is a deposit required in the form of a credit card on file. Should your furry friend shed a great amount or have a stomach or potty accident in the unit, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the amount of $100.· Should your pet cause property or item damage, an incidental fee will be charged at market value to your credit card on file. · No cats, livestock, or venomous creatures.
CLEANING POLICY
We don't claim to be a luxury destination, but we do strive to keep our facility in its best condition. · We ask you to understand that our Housekeeping Princess (or Prince) makes sure all units are cleaned, sanitized, stocked and in good condition before and after each stay, but daily room cleaning is an additional $15 charge and must be requested and paid at check-in.· Fresh towels are provided by 4pm daily. If fresh towels are needed sooner or additional towels are needed, please call (229) 861-3247 or ask any employee in person.· Any issues with your unit should be reported immediately and we will get our housekeeping or maintenance staff to make it right or make a temporary fix or change your unit if possible.· Keep in mind we are in the boonies and some things are outside of our control...among other things, we can't restore the power if it goes out, or fix the internet if the IP goes down, or control TV reception if the atmospheric conditions aren't right, or make major repairs in the middle of the night, and we can't control the weather or anything Mother Nature may send our way, but what we can do is notify the proper providers of the problem and get their commitment to make the repairs in a timely manner and in the meantime we’ll have our on-site staff to do everything in their power to make you as comfortable as possible in the given situation.· If items are found in a unit after check-out housekeeping will store those items in a safe location for you to retrieve within 90 days. After 90 days all found items will be properly disposed of. If you prefer the item be sent to you, all shipping expenses will be your responsibility and must be paid before the item is shipped.
LODGING UNIT AND CAMPGROUND POLICIES
By all means, have fun, but if things get too crazy, we goby the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.· During your stay, the unit and all equipment, furniture and fixtures should be treated with care and kept in order.· Group trips are fun! When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind, as stated in your confirmation. · We do not provide cribs, cots, or roll-away beds.· Sing your heart out and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time).· No camp stoves, tabletop burners, crock pots, or any other cooking equipment not provided by the facility may be brought into or used in any unit. · Absolutely no grills are allowed in any unit or on any porch. Grills may only be used at a minimum of 10 feet from any building or portion of a building.· No open fires are allowed. A limited number of fire rings are provided for shared use by guests and only if fire restrictions are not currently mandated by the local fire marshal or DNR.· Under special circumstances, with advance permission, Spring Creek Park Resort may allow guests to receive packages or special deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them. · Spring Creek Park Resort accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES FOR COOKING IN UNITS· With 2 restaurants on-site you shouldn't need to cook, but if you must, remember that cooking is only allowed in units equipped with full kitchens. · Microwave cooking is allowed in units equipped with a microwave. · When cooking in an equipped unit please practice safe cooking habits and do not leave burners unattended. · Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of $100, and any damages to equipment or units will be charged at market value.
SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICIES· Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of your unit or site (or super close). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so at your own risk. Spring Creek Park Resort does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.· We like to believe everyone is friendly and honest, but
just because we believe it doesn't make it so. For your protection and ours, security cameras that record video and some audio are used in and around both restaurants and some parking areas. · We do not provide safes, so be sure to keep your valuables with you. By staying at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so at your own risk. Spring Creek Park Resort does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident, or loss of your personal property. · As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, unit or site number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and unit or site number to any person they wish to know their location.· Only housekeeping and maintenance staff (as needed to perform their duties), and registered guests, listed by name on the reservation, may receive unit keys or replacement keys or any other access to a unit.· If you prefer housekeeping or maintenance not to enter your unit to perform towel changes or make repairs when you are not present, please notify us at check-in and a “no entry” notification will be put on your reservation. If notification is placed, you will need to place dirty towels outside of your unit for housekeeping to replace with fresh towels outside of your unit.· Spring Creek Park Resort staff will have the right to enter the unit, regardless of notification, if policy infractions are suspected or in the event of emergency or other situation that would require staff entry for the good of the facility and / or other guests.
ADA COMPLIANCE
Spring Creek Park Resort is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer accessible rooms on the property, and both restaurants are accessible. · Please ensure you select a handicap accessible unit if you have mobility issues that require full accessibility as in ramps, supports, bathing chairs and such. · All other requests for special needs will reach us by placing a note in the comments section of the online reservation form, or by calling us directly at (229) 861-3247 after the reservation has been made.
FIREARMS POLICY
Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on the premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state, and local laws with respect to firearms. Open or concealed carry is prohibited in either restaurant at anytime. The only exception to the restrictions described in this firearms policy statement is for law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties. Guests who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto the premises, excluding restaurants, provided that the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in a proper carry position, or locked guest unit or locked personal vehicle. · Guests who fail to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. · The premises are private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i) all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those possessing a valid license or permit to carry a firearm.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OFLIABILITY
I, THE REGISTERED OCCUPANT OF THE UNIT OR SITE TO WHICH THESE POLICIES APPLY, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE POLICIES AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IN THEIR ENTIRETY, THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE SPRING CREEK PARK RESORT, LLC AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, ATTORNEYS, HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILYGIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST SPRING CREEK PARK RESORT, LLC FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE TOTHE EXTENT THAT IT DOES NOT RELEASE FOR NEGLEGENCE ON THE PART OF SPRING CREEK PARK RESORT, LLC ITS AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES. FURTHER, IN THE EVENT THAT ANY DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES OCCURS, AS STATED ABOVE, AS A RESULT OF MY ORMY GUEST’S ACTIONS, NEGLECT, OR RECKLESSNESS, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO BEHELD LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTION.
