Property and Cancelation Policies :
Short Term
- If the cancellation of a short-term stay occurs seven (7) days or more before the check-in, the full amount of the booking will be reimbursed.
- If the cancellation of a short-term stay occurs less than seven (7) days before the check-in, there will be no reimbursement.
- In cases in which the short-term stay is considered high season, there will be no reimbursement if cancellation occurs ninety (90) days before check-in. This will be communicated at the moment of booking.
- If the guest of a short-term stay decides to cancel the reservation during the stay, there will be no reimbursement.
- If the cancellation of a short-term stay occurs thirty (30) days or more before the check-in, the full amount of the booking will be reimbursed.
- If the cancellation of a short-term stay occurs less than seven (7) days before the check-in, there will be no reimbursement.
- In cases in which the short-term stay is considered high season, there will be no reimbursement if cancellation occurs ninety (90) days before check-in. This will be communicated at the moment of booking.
Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR RESERVATION
- Check-in begins starting at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 m.d.
- Early check-in and late check-out can be solicited beforehand and provided according to availability. If available, each would have an additional cost.
- The necessary documentation and payment must be provided within seventy-two (72) hours for short-term rentals and up to seven (7) days for long term rentals.
- Cash or quasi-cash payments will not be accepted
- If for some reason the selected property cannot be delivered, all commercially possible efforts will be performed to offer an upgrade according to availability. This will be displayed in the contract.
- If the number of guests is increased once the reservation has been paid, the penalties described in the contract will be applied.
- Some apartments are pet-friendly. If you are bringing a pet, you must notify us so we can locate you accordingly. There is also an additional fee for pets.
