The charming apartment in the middle of the historical center is located on second floor.
It is very cozy and bright and was recently renovated and decoratedwith a lot of love.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one living room with open kitchen, one bathroom and two balconies.
You can enjoy your breakfast on one balcony and the sunset on the other while you look at the picturesque skyline of the old town of Lagos.
The bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable, equipped with double beds, nightstands, wardrobe, summer and winter duvets and extra pillows and blankets.
The living room has a very comfortable sofa, a cute round table with 4 chairs, a desk by the window and a flat screen cable TV with international channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped and we provide a small box with spices, sugar, butter, honey, jam, and Portuguese olive oil for you, so you can prepare your breakfast or cook a lovely dinner. It is ideal for 2 couples, 4 friends or a couple with to 2 children.
We also rent out the entire apartment for less occupancy at the full price.
Just around the corner there is a mini market and the oldest bakery in Lagos.
From the apartment you are able to reach all attractions, restaurants, bars and the splendid beaches of Lagos comfortably on foot.
Your reservation is guaranteed until your arrival date. If you do not show up on that date, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be relocated. We will charge your credit card within 2 days of confirming your reservation. If we do not receive the amount of the reservation, we have the right to cancel it. We will send you a confirmation of cancellation by email immediately upon completion.
It is mandatory to present a valid identity document in order to be able to check-in.
All reservations must contain the first and last name of all adults occupying the room
Our rates are always the best and are subject to change.
When booking, do not forget about the maximum occupancy of the room - two people per room.
Babies traveling? We have mobile cribs. Please request them in a note on your reservation, subject to availability.
Check-in is from 3:00PM
You can check-in from 15:00 (local time). The keys to the accommodation will be available at reception when you check-in. Please note that check-in cannot take place without full payment of the reservation.
If the key is lost, broken or needs to be replaced, the amount will be accounted for and charged at check-out.
Check-out is until 10:00 AM
You can check out at any time until 10:00 (local time).
At check-out, leave your keys at reception with the person in charge and pay your account during your stay.
Please be advised that a more detailed inspection of the accommodation will be carried out after check-out and we reserve the right to charge you if any damage is found before it is reoccupied.
We ask that sheets and towels be left where they were found. Bed linen, bath linen, crockery, containers, etc. They are NOT gifts and must be kept in the accommodation.
If the guest wants to leave earlier then 8AM, should do the check-out on the day before and settle your bills with a staff member.
Late check-out is not possible. Please respect the check-out time.
Lalitana Townhouse reserves the right to request a deposit of €250 on your credit card during check-in as a guarantee in case of extra consumption or damage, which can be assessed after an inspection of the accommodation.
Please read our cancellation policy carefully. We rarely make exceptions. Our front desk staff are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So, to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to read below:
If the guest cancels more than 14 days in advance, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the guest cancels after 7 days from the reservation date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, unused nights (up to 7 days after cancellation) will not be refunded.
In case of "no-show", the total amount of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable
To cancel a reservation:

* Refunds will be made to the payment card that you booked, if you need a refund to another card please inform us at time of cancelation.
* Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reach your account from the day of the refund. If you do not receive it by then, please contact us.
The standard booking price includes the following:

- Cleaning before, during and after your stay (we can provide daily cleaning upon request)

When making a reservation, you are booking a category of Room (not a specific one). Each category contains rooms of equal size and with the same equipment. However, its interior may be slightly different. Reservations will only be received and confirmed upon providing valid credit card details..

Once you have made your reservation, you can extend it (depending on availability) simply by letting us know before you arrive. Availability may be short, therefore be sure to do that as early as you can.
If you are already staying and would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-out date. We will do our best to adapt to your new plans.
We believe that children are the future, however you must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by responsible adults.
We do not charge fees for a child under 2 years of age. If necessary, request a crib with at least 24h in advance of your check-in.
We love animals, however our type of accommodation/structures are not adapted for the animal's needs and there's a huge risk of damage to the room materials.
Due to the accidental consequences of hosting an animal in our space, we cannot accept them at this time.ADICIONAL FEES
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations and common areas. This applies to both traditional methods and electronic devices, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes and all variations thereof, regardless of product name. If we are aware that someone has smoked in the rooms or in the event of a prolonged strong odor, a 200€ cleaning fee will be charged. You can smoke on our roof terrace.
ACCESSIBILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS
Lalitana Townhouse is located in a beautiful old building with 2 floors that is over 80 years old. Although it was recently fully renovated, it preseres the character of the house therefore the only access the rooms, that are all located in upper floor, is done only by stairs. Therefore we do not have wheelchair access.
If you have any special needs please contact us before proceeding with your reservation so that we can make sure we can accomodate all your needs.
DAMAGE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
After check-in, check for any damage or note if any element is missing from the equipment, if you find any anomaly, report it immediately to reception and we will take measures to accommodate you better.
In the event of any damage or problem that may arise during your stay, do not hesitate to contact reception or call/message us.
We ask for the most care with equipment and structures.
We assume no liability in the event of theft, loss or deterioration of valuables such as money, jewelry or other objects of considerable value if such events take place in the room or in the common areas.
PERIOD OF SILENCE
We ask all our guests to respect the period of silence between 23:00 and 07:00. Our staff is authorized to supervise and act in case of violation of this rule, which could lead to immediate abandonment of the Townhouse.
Only registered guests are allowed in the property. No visitors are allowed.

Under no circumstances may Lalitana Townhouse (and/or its representatives or collaborators) be held liable for any damages that may arise, in any way, from the malfunction of this website, regardless of the length of time such malfunction continues, or by any damage caused by the reproduction, use or exploitation of the website that violates the provisions of these Conditions. Lalitana Townhouse reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on: services, prices, promotions and commercial conditions. Lalitana Townhouse has the exclusive right to, unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or terminate, partially or totally, temporarily or permanently, access to the website, especially in management, maintenance , repair, alteration or modernization.
