Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancellation Policies :
Reservations cancelled 31 days or greater prior to arrival receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled inside 30 days to arrival are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Late Arrival
The Alaska Glacier Lodge offers contactlesscheck in to all our guests. Guests whoprovided a cell phone number or email will be contacted on the morning ofarrival. Our system will request youcomplete your Guest Registration Card. Onceyou have submitted your registration the system will notify you later thatafternoon when your cabin is ready and the door code key. Check in begins at 3:00 p.m.daily. Guests that do not have a contact onfile will need to check in at the desk from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Guestarriving after hours will need to call and provide a cell phone number or emailfor contactless check in.
Internet
High Speed Wi-Fi is available in thelodge public areas and limited access in cabins.
Smoking
Guest smoking is permitted onsite indesignated areas. We do not permit smoking in the main lodge, in or near cabins, and all deck areas.
Laundry
Coin Operated Laundry facilities areavailable in the main lodge building. The laundry facility is availablefrom 7:30a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Quarters are available from the giftshop. Wash $2.50, Dry $2.50.
Quiet Hours
As a courtesy to all guests onsite. The Alaska Glacier Lodge observes quiet hours from 9:30 p.m. to 7:30a.m. daily. Please refrain from disturbing other guests during this time.
Pets
Alaska Glacier Lodge permits ServiceDogs on site free of charge. Guests should notify the lodge prior toarrival and please provide the task your service dog provides. Alaska Glacier Lodge offers limitedpet friendly cabins on request. Guests should book pet friendlycabins prior to arrival. The Lodge will charge a $100.00 security depositat check in. It will release the security deposit at check out. Thereis an additional $25.00/night fee for pet cabins.
All pets on site must be alwaysunder the guest control outside. The lodge is next to an active Helipad.We do not permit pets to run free on site. Guests will be responsiblefor any damages.
Parking
Limited free parking is availableonsite. A guest can park in designated parking areas. We do notpermit parking in front of guest cabins. The roadways in front ofcabins must always remain open for emergency lanes. The Cul-de-sac at theend of Knik River Road is a public roadway and therefore closed to parking aswell. The lodge offers limited RV parking. Guests should notify the frontdesk staff if an RV parking spot is required.

The lodge is next to residentialproperties. Driveways and roads off the Knik River Road are private and they do not permit guests of AlaskaGlacier Lodge year-round. Guest should not approach neighbors for access orright aways to their properties except for emergencies.
Wildlife Safety
Guest should store all personalfood, beverages, and trash in hard top personal vehicles. Two species of bearare abundant in the area and failure to follow this guideline can createdangerous situations. Guest should not approach wildlife onproperty. Moose are common sightings at the Alaska Glacier Lodge, and weshould give them proper distancing to avoid issues. Wildlife is veryunpredictable. The State of Alaska exterminates animals comfortable with humanpresence. Please do not let our animals becoming another statistic!
Children
Children 17 and under stay free inparents’ cabin. An adult should always accompany children on property.There are streams on property, and parents should be mindful of thesewaterways. Although small, they can sweep legs from underneath children.
Raven’s Perch Restaurant
The lodge does not permit outsidefood and beverage items inside the main lodge building or patio areas, becauseof Alaska state health standards.The State of Alaska Liquor Lawsapply across the whole property, including the Raven’s Perch Restaurant. It doesnot license us for hard liquor sales and will not allow these beverages inareas outside of rented rooms. The Raven’s Perch offers a selection ofwine and beers.

Gift Shop
On site Gift Shop available withlocal souvenirs. The Gift Shop also offers a Grab & Go selection withmicrowave meals, snacks, and drinks.

Alaska Helicopter Tours offersHelicopter glacier and dog sledding tours on site. Book early to reserve yourspot.
We can assist you with booking a visit to the Reindeer Farm, ATV Tours, ZipLine Tours, Horseback riding, Hatcher Pass Mine Tour. Please call to reserve your activity early.
There are hiking trails on property; Please ask the front desk staff for helpin identifying local public trails and where they go, as private propertiessurround the lodge. Alaska Glacier Lodge does not haveaccess to the Knik Riverbed. Please do not trespass to get down to the river asthis can cause termination of your reservation with no refund.
The Alaska Glacier Lodge is not anaccess point for hunting or any other use of boarding lands outside of therealm of hiking and trekking on public lands. Please ask for information onpublic lands from the front desk.A selection of games, inside andout, are available on request from the front desk.
Alaska Glacier Lodge reserves theright to refuse service to any guests that do not adhere to these propertyrules, or for other reason deemed necessary by management.
