Property and Cancelation Policies :
A reservation fee of P3,000 will be needed to reserve your date. Additional P4,000 will only be billed 14 days prior to your check in. Your booking reservation fee or deposit will be forfeited once you cancel your booking. Please take note that once you pay the reservation fee, your date is strictly non-rebookable. Your deposit or reservation fee is also non-refundable.

- By giving us your personal information, you are allowing us to plot, encode, and keep these information for our data recording.
- Our parking slot inside the property is for 3 vehicles. A pay parking is available outside the property.
- The cabin is not responsible for the safekeeping of money, jewelry orother valuables of guests left anywhere in the property premises.
- Due to enhanced COVID-19 sanitation protocols, room preparation and readiness may be slightly delayed and we appreciate your kind patience and understanding.
- Please also be reminded that maximum room occupancy limits will be strictly enforced for the safety and well-being of all guests and staffs.
- Guests are required to inform the Cabin Management as soon as they become aware that they have COVID-19 or experiencing symptoms. The Cabin management may ask the guest to immediately leave the premises.
- Guest staying in the property shall register. Unregistered guests are not allow to occupy or stay in the rooms.
- The Cabin Management will impose additional charges to guests who are in violation of the property policy on allowable occupancy. This is without prejudice to any other damages that the Cabin by Grey may demand from the guest in relationto the violation.
- Safety and awareness reminder about our Plunge Pool: 4ft to 5ft deep (children should be properly supervised at all time).
- A security deposit of PHP1,000.00 will be asked upon check in together with the full room charges. Expenses exceeding to the security deposit will be billed to the guest.
- Noise Reminder: We humbly and respectfully ask that you be aware that noises beyond 8PM may be disruptive to our neighboor, we request you to be aware of the "quiet hours" between 8PM to 8AM.
- Our cabin and units/room has a strict NO SMOKING RULE. Penalty of PHP10,000.00 will be imposed.
- Only manageable pets are ALLOWED for outdoor only. Any damages caused by your lovely pet at any cost should be properly charged. Owner will be held liable for their own pets including such unexpected accidents or such.
- Late check out is only subject for availability. A charge of PHP500.00 per night will be billied for check out later than 12noon.
- The fee for lost key is PHP2,500.00
- Be respectful to our caretakers. He & she is a family, so appreciate them please.
- Please help us to conserve energy & water. Let's all help save the earth.
- Trashcans are available inside and outside the cabin/rooms, please throw your trashes before leaving the property.
- Please use the designated slippers inside the cabin and rooms to maintain the cleanliness and prevent the spread of dirt/virus.
- Our location is at 336 Lot 942 P3 Kawit Cavite (Please search or PIN using waze: The Cabin By Grey - Vacation House and Events Place)
- Please bring your own toiletries.
- It is not allowed to cook inside the cabin but a dirty kitchen may be borrowed should you want to prepare your own food.
- Full payment will be asked upon check-in (via Gcash, Cash, Paymaya, BDO or BPI online transfer)
- You may ask our lovely caretakers should you want to refrigerate or use a microwave, they can assist you with this.
- Bathing suit or swimming suit is A MUST. A penalty of PHP10,000.00 will be charged for not using the proper attire.
- Basic utensils are available but you may bring your own utentils or disposables for your peace of mind.
- Our portable pool is available for borrowing with a water charge of 500.00. Please confirm a day before should you want us to set it up.

- If in case of force majeure, the cabin management and owner will NOT be held liable for any damages or accidents caused inside the property.
- This is your home away from yours. Pls respect the place as if it is yours. The cabin is not a hotel.
