Todas las rentas realizadas en nuestra propiedad deberán contener el nombre completo del iquilino, al igual que algunos documentos de identificación oficial, por seguridad y bien del inmueble; pues nuestra propiedad cuenta con inventario de lo existente dentro de ella y cualquier daño sea ocasional o imprudencial será cobrado al inquilino responsable de cada departamento, aunque cabe recalcar que el mantenimiento del edificio e inmueble será únicamente de nuestra responsabilidad. Sera necesario cumplir con el reglamento del lugar, esto con el fin de evitar mal entendidos y disgustos. Todo inquilino deberá cumplir con las condiciones del edificio desde el inicio de su estancia hasta el fin de la misma, puesto que si se sorprende haciendo alguna actividad indebida quedara cancelada su estancia al momento.
