Direct Group Reservation
At the time of the booking, the hotel requires a first non-refundable payment, deposit of 50% of the total. In the period between the date the group reservation is made and one month prior the arrival of the group, the client may cancel the rooms without charge or additional penalty beyond the non-refundable payment already made, provided that the hotel is informed of the cancellation in writing - One month prior the arrival date of the group, the hotel must receive the second deposit of 50%.
Terms and Conditions
Deposit: We require full payment of the room at the moment of the reservation, according to your reservation policy
City tax: Since 2016, visitor to the capital of Portugal have to pay a Municipal Tourism Tax of 2€ per people per night
Early Check-in: We charge 100% of the price of the room for check-ins before 12:00pm
Late Check-out: We charge 50% of the price of the room for check-out later than 4:00pm
Voucher and modification: Difference of price will be charged according to our availabilities and the dynamic prices online. Vouchers last for a period of 6 months
Damaged & lost items:
- Broken object: For an object with a value under 500€ we charge 50% of the price. For an object with a value over 500€, we charge 75% of the price.
- Lost Parking card: For every lost parking card we charge 20€
- Lost key: For every lost key we charge 20€
- Stealing: For any item stolen in our establishment we charge 150% of the price
- Nonsmoking: a fine of 300€ will be applied for guest smoking inside of the room
- Pets are not allowed. Only assistance dogs are allowed.
- Extra bed: 30€/night - Children And Extra Beds Children under 2 sharing a bed with parents stay free.
-Early check-in is 10 euros per hour.
-Late check-out until 13.00 hours free depending on the availability, between 14,00 until 16,00 hour 50% of the previous night room rate and 16,00 hours onwards full price of the previous night.
