Property and Cancelation Policies :
CANCELLATION POLICY (Refunds will be made within two weeks after we receive your request):
- One (1) Month or more before the Booking Date – Full refund (100% of their money will be given back)
- Two (2) Weeks before the Booking Date – 75% refund of the Downpayment
- One (1) Week before the Booking Date – 50% refund of the Downpayment
- 3 days before the Booking Date – 100% non-refundable
Terms and Conditions
GENERAL HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Lock all unit doors all the time
- Advise reception/front desk 30 minutes before check-out for room inspection which be conducted by the room attendant/housekeeping
- THE FOLLOWING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
- Firearms or any forms of deadly weapons
- Fraternity activities or Hazing
- Smoking inside the guest rooms (there are smoking areas in the building, kindly use it accordingly)
- Animals or Pets (unless you have a written agreement and will pay a bond)
- Unnecessary Sounds: Loud music, shouting, running, etc.
- Any Loss/Damage caused to any property within the Citywalk Bldg. Premises will be charged accordingly, and must be settled in full prior to check-out.
- Please do not leave valuable things unattended. Management shall not be liable for any loss of possessions within the premises.
- Observe safety measures accordingly.
- Please conserve water and electricity.
- The Citywalk Management reserves the right to eject any guest or group of guests under the influence of illegal drugs, and those involved in any untoward incidents within the premises.
- Admission to the Citywalk Suites Apartment may be denied for any of the following reasons:
- Intoxication or under the influence of narcotics or drugs
- Public scandal inside the Citywalk Building premises
- Lacking Identification Documents of Guests and Clients
- For security reasons, visitors or guests are not allowed inside the guest rooms unless they are on the OFFICIAL LIST OF GUESTS forwarded by the client.
- Allowing visitors to enter the unit without the permission of the guard and front desk officer will be charged accordingly.
- Kindly coordinate and advise the Front Desk officer for any concerns or inquiries.
- Extended time inside the rooms must be settled immediately after the client’s request.
- All the rooms that I will be booking will be under my responsibility; any loss/damage caused to the property within the premises will be charged to me accordingly and must be settled in full prior to leaving the premises.
- Likewise, the room will be turned over to me in good condition. Any damages found upon check-in shall be reported within one (1) hour. Otherwise, any damages to be found upon check-out shall be considered new and will be charged accordingly.
- Upon check-in, I agree to follow all the health and safety protocols of The Citywalk Suites Apartment such as the ff: temperature check, QR code scanning, client info. & health declaration, presentation of vaccination card, and inspection of bags/luggages for security purposes.
- If the Automatic Fire Suppression System is triggered by me, or one of my guests, I will be liable for any damage to the property (as per Article 327, Revised Penal Code)
- I agree to read and follow all Rules and Regulations of The Citywalk Suites Apartment. (A copy of the rules and regulations is to be found inside the room)
