For stays covering the period from 20 December to 31 January:
Minimum stay requirement
60-day cancellation notice
If cancellations /changes are made outside of 60-day window, 100% of deposit paid will be refunded
If cancellations/changes are made within of 60-day window, 0% of deposit paid will be refunded
For bookings made for stays during the rest of the year:
21-day cancellation/change notice
FOR GROUP BOOKINGS OF 3 ROOMS OR MORE, terms may differ. Reservation will be non-refundable at time of booking, regardless of rate type.

Adults Only
Rates are on a per room per night basis for a maximum of 2 adults; for triple share, a US$75++ will be applied and is subject to availability (please contact hotel directly)
All rates are inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 adults
Prices are exclusive of service charge and applicable taxes except when stated otherwise in rate policy
No-smoking throughout the interior of hotel
No private parties or events unless arranged exclusively with hotel management
No loud activities after 10pm
The hotel has the right to amend policies from time to time and retrospectively
Check-in 2pm; early check-in subject to availability
Check-out 12pm; late check-out subject to availability
Parking available and subject to availability
Guests must acknowledge and observe House Rules upon check-in and throughout the stay
Guests are recommended to practice responsibility over their personal belongings and utilise in-room safes; the hotel will not be held responsible for any losses as a result of negligence
The Proprietor and Hotel reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to unexpected incidents and breakdowns at the property, force majeure, or inappropriate behaviour or demands by guests
Guests with children will unfortunately be turned away at check in with no refund given
All reservations must be secured by a valid credit card.
(1) RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: Your reservation is confirmed by a valid credit card; no charge will be made until within the stated cancelation period, except for reservations that are non-refundable. However, to ensure the card provided is valid and has sufficient credit to cover your stay, The Sandhya will perform a pre-authorisation of the card provided. If that pre-authorisation is unsuccessful, your reservation may be cancelled.
(2) The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name on the booking and the credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. If the guest is unable to present the credit card upon check-in or the name on the credit card does not match the name of the guest, the guest will need to pay the full amount directly to the hotel once again.
