- We accept the following modifications only: upgrade of a room, subject to payment of the difference in rate; extension of your stay according to availability, subject to possible transfer to a different room; postponing the date of arrival can be performed only once and restricted to a minimum of 15 days prior of the check-In date and if the reservation was made on a promotional price and changed to a standard rate period or high season rate, the difference in price will be applied; modifications of dates are not accepted in high seasons (Easter period, Christmas and New Year period); Any date changes that will be requested within 15 days prior to check-in, will be subject to a fee equal to 15% of the full balance of your reservation.
- For any cancellation performed before 42 days prior to check-in, the Hotel will charge the amount of the deposit, which is equal to 30% of the full amount.
