Housekeeping
In an effort to respect the environment as well as your pocketbook, we do not offer daily housekeeping during short stays. If you are booking an extendedstay, please contact us so that we can make arrangements to provide you with additional linens and additional cleanings as necessary.
NO SMOKING policy
There is no smoking allowed in any room at the Blue Ridge Tourist Court. If you smoke in your room, a $500 fee will be collected.
Pricing, taxes and fees
All applicable taxes and fees are charged at the time of booking.
All rooms are priced for 2 people. If you have a third person (3 years of age or older at time of stay),there is a $50 fee for the third guest. Rooms that sleep 3 are limited and subject to availability.
Children 2 and under stay free. No infant supplies are available for use onsite, so please bring your own. The main guest renting the room must be at least 25 years old.
Pets
Well behaved pets are allowed ONLY in select rooms. There is a $75 cleaning fee for pets.
Parking
Parking is on-site and free. We have enough spaces for 1 car per room. If you have further needs for more parking, please message us and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
Quiet hours and parties
Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM daily. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Parties and events are not allowed on the premises currently.
