Quoted prices include usage of the apartment as described, including VAT but excluding the tourist tax which in Croatia is 10 Kuna per person per night (approximately 1,3 EUR) and will be charged at the registration.  Your passports will be required to be registered at the tourist office.  These are standard fees and procedures for Croatia.  

Payments for the whole period of stay will be charged at the check in time.  You are welcome to pre book additional services as described in Services section, to be paid either together with apartment booking or separately, subject to availability. 

We welcome guests with special needs and disabilities; due to the small size of the building we are not able to offer you an elevator/wheel chair accessibility to all floors, but the ground floor is equipped with the ramps to the hotel entrance as well as to the patio of the selected apartments. 

Parking for one car per apartment is included in the price; we request to indicate that you will be traveling by car at the time of booking.
