This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 5:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
1.Our standard rates are billed according to our regular rate policy, where the guest may cancel without charge up to 15 days prior to arrival.
2.If the guest cancels more than 15 days prior to arrival date, the full amount (100%) of the reservation will be refunded.
3.If the guest cancels less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount (100%) of the reservation is non-refundable.These policies are subject to the Additional Considerations section.
Non-Refundable Rate (NR):
1.Our NR rate is one where the total price of the reservation is charged upon receipt of the reservation and is non-refundable, not eligible for refund in any case.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
1. All reservations made during our high season block from December 25 to January 10 are considered non-refundable reservations at any time.
2.If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the full stay is charged and is non-refundable.
3.In case of "no-show", the full price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
4.All prepaid reservations through PayPal are considered non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
1.Maximum occupancy per room, which may vary according to the hotel and its category.
2.All guests must be 18 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required at time of check-in.
3.All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card on file at the time of booking and held until the day of arrival.
4.In the event that the credit card transaction is declined, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The room will be considered non-guaranteed and will be reassigned.
5.All reservations are made at a fixed price in local currency (MXN), (even if you make your reservation in another currency), the amount charged for your reservation will be in local currency (MXN) and the amount may vary depending on the exchange rate of the day, the exchange rate of the bank or other economic factors.
6. The hotel will implement any changes in taxes, rates and charges in accordance with local laws and government regulations. Any changes after confirmation of the reservation will affect the total room charge.
7. In extraordinary situations, such as proven medical emergencies, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond the guest's control, no reservation may be refunded, the hotel, at its discretion, may offer alternative solutions that may include rescheduling the stay or credits for future reservations.
8.We reserve the right of admission and access to our hotel, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests and staff.
9.Flying drones within the hotel premises and in its vicinity is strictly prohibited, unless explicit written authorization is obtained from the hotel management.
PET POLICIES
1.Do not leave your pet unattended inside the villa or in the hotel areas.
2.The charge for your pet's stay is 700 MXN + taxes per night. If your pet is a certified service animal, please provide proper documentation to waive the charge.
3. No more than two pets are allowed per villa.
4.We accept pets weighing no more than 18 kilos.
5. Your pet must be on a leash when on the hotel premises, unless it is inside your villa.
6.You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in the hotel.
7.. The front desk can provide you with "clean-up" bags to assist you in walking your pet.
8.Any disturbances, such as barking, should be reduced so as not to disturb other guests.
9.Please contact the front desk during your stay to arrange a convenient time to have your room serviced. No attempt will be made to enter your room if there is a pet in your room, unless the owner is present.
10.Pets are allowed in the restaurants, SPA and pool areas of the hotel as long as they are kept on a leash.
11.Pets are not allowed in the pools for any reason.The hotel is not responsible for the health or welfare of the pet; all responsibility rests with the guest. Additional cleaning charges may apply if necessary.
SERVICE FEE POLICIES
1.External Services: At Hotel Bardo, there is an additional charge for external services. This charge may vary depending on the season, the type of service, the duration of the service and the number of external people that enter to perform the service (maximum 2 people). External services may include, but are not limited to:
1.1.External masseuse services.
1.2. External chef services.
1.3. External beauty services.
1.4. External photographer services.
BREAKFAST INCLUDED POLICIES
1.The included breakfast may only be consumed in the hotel restaurant. Room service, take-out, or consumption in the pool area or any other area outside the restaurant will not be allowed.
2.The included breakfast consists of one dish from the included breakfast menu, one American coffee and one seasonal fruit juice.
3.Any extra or additional addition to the included dish will have an additional cost to be covered by the guest.
PARKING POLICIES
1.Only one standard size vehicle per room or reservation is allowed to park free of charge in our facilities.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICIES
1.Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
2.Check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
3.In case you require an early check-in, this will have an additional cost of 50% of the first night plus taxes. This will give you the opportunity to enter your room after 13:30 h and will be subject to availability.
4. In case you require a late check-out, this will have an additional cost of 50% of the last night plus taxes. This will give you the opportunity to check out of your room until 5:00 p.m. and will be subject to availability.
5.A hold of 2,000 MXN per night, with a maximum of four nights (8,000 MXN), will be made for incidental charges applied to your credit card. This hold will be released at check-out after confirming that the room is in good condition. The incidental hold shall be automatically refunded to your credit card within 15 business days after check-out.
EXTERNAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICIES
1.It is not allowed to consume external food and beverages in the public areas of the hotel that are not purchased in our consumption centers.
2.The consumption of alcoholic beverages in public areas is subject to request and approval of the Management. A corkage fee of MXN 1,000 will apply at Hotel Bardo and Hotel Una Vida and MXN 1,200 at Hotel Milam.
3.Room Service: An additional charge will be applied for room service, which will be reflected in the purchase ticket.
