Property and Cancellation Policies :
Reservations within 18th December – 31st January:If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay will apply. A 100%cancellation fee for each room night booked will be charged if the cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: If the city or area in which you permanently reside or Queenstown is under government travel restrictions and affects your ability to travel, we are able to amend your booking to an alternative date or hold the deposit as credit to be used within twelve (12) months from your original arrival date. New dates are subject to availability and any rate difference will be applied. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to arrival.

A GST inclusive surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions comprising of 1.5% for visa and mastercard & 3% for Amex.
Hotel credit to be redeemed for in-room dining and a la cartemenus at No5. The credit must be spent in the hotel during the booked stay andproduced at the time of check-out, against the final bill. Credit isnon-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
