Standard Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked will be charged if the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season Cancellation: (16 Dec - 31st Jan, 01 April - 30 April); Cancellation within 60 days incurs 50% charge, within 30 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.
Groups Cancellation: Group (4+ Suites) Reservation Cancellation within 90 days incurs 50% charge, within 45 days of arrival 100%cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.
We recommend that you take full travel insurance, which protects against unexpected changes to your travel agenda.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Procedure: We require a valid Credit Card number, expiry date & CVC with which to take a 50% deposit up front to secure your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received this deposit. Accounts are to be settled on departure.
A non-refundable GST inclusive surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions comprising of 2.5% for Visa, Mastercard & Amex.
