The Spire Saver is both non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking, inclusive of a 2.5% non-refundable credit card surcharge. All payments are final and taken from the Credit Card provided for guarantee, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures. Date changes are not permitted; once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be modified or transferred to another date or guest.
Standard Cancellation: Reservations cancelled between 30 days and 15 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.
Peak Seasons (1 July - 5 October, 15 Dec - 30 April): Reservations cancelled between 60 days and 30 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.
Groups Cancellation: Group (4+ Suites) Reservation Cancellation within 90 days incurs 50% charge, within 45 days of arrival 100%cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.
We recommend that you take full travel insurance, which protects against unexpected changes to your travel agenda.
Terms and Conditions
Standard Rate Booking Procedure: We require a valid Credit Card number, expiry date & CVC with which to take a 50% deposit up front to secure your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received this deposit. Accounts are to be settled on departure.
