Aloe Village Aparthotel & Spa, hereinafter the Aparthotel, has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit requested and informed during the reservation process.
All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults who will be occupying the room and a valid credit card to guarantee arrival. Do you have babies? The total balance of the stay is paid at check-in. Please note that bed linen and towels must be left in the Apart. Bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and must remain in the property.
How to extend your stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend it (depending on availability) by requesting it before your arrival or upon consultation during your reception. If you are already staying with us and wish to stay longer, please inform us at least 24 hours before arrival. departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this may include a move to a similar apartment if necessary.
Policies for minors

Pet policiesAre pets allowed? Of course! but we depend on prior contact to know the characteristics of the pet and evaluate its admission. A general requirement is that they remain on a leash when outside the Apart. Pets are not allowed in the Reception, Lounge or in the pool areas. Pets may not be left unattended in the Aparts at any time. Although there is no pet fee and no security deposit required. Apartment Policies
We want you to have a great time when you're here. But we adhere to the old rule of "if anything breaks, replace" and damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card or account for the replacement or restoration value. Pre-existing damage or problems with the Apart must be reported to reception immediately upon arrival to avoid liability and possible charges.
