Aloe Village Aparthotel & Spa, hereinafter the Aparthotel, has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit requested and informed during the reservation process.
All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults who will be occupying the room and a valid credit card to guarantee arrival. Do you have babies? How to extend your stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend it (depending on availability) by requesting it before your arrival or upon consultation during your reception. If you are already staying with us and wish to stay longer, please inform us at least 24 hours before arrival. departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this may include a move to a similar apartment if necessary.

Pet policiesAre pets allowed? Of course! but we depend on prior contact to know the characteristics of the pet and evaluate its admission. Apartment Policies
We want you to have a great time when you're here.
