Terms and Conditions
BOOKING POLICY: Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for Icon Inn to bill your credit card for the full amount, including damages and costs accrued while at the property and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. We offer a 1 PM early check-in and a 2 PM late check-out for a fee of $25.00 each. It is not guaranteed and will depend on availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Normal Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. There is a minimum check-in age requirement of 21 and over. Icon Inn is a short-stay facility. Any guest wishing to stay longer than 5-days will be required to make arrangements directly with hotel management and agree to allow access and cleaning services at least every 5-days.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Unless otherwise stated in special agreements, all reservations are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy to receive a refund. Reservations that fail to show or to cancel within 72 hours of scheduled arrival date (12 AM) will be charged the entire booking amount collected. Icon Inn reserves the right to credit none, all or part of any forfeited funds toward future bookings at the property.
CONDUCT POLICY :We reserve the right to refuse lodging to any guests and further reserve the right to have any person at the premises removed who is not following our policies and or is acting inappropriately or disrespectful to the staff of the Icon Inn or any other guests on the property. We respectfully ask that all guests be appropriately dressed and to keep noise at a minimum when in the common areas of the property and if compliance is not followed, you may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
PET POLICY: Pets are welcome at Icon for a fee of $100 per pet. Pets are not to be left inside or, outside of the building, unsupervised. Pets should be clean and house trained. Guests who bring pets into rooms that are unauthorized for pets will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee automatically. Then, removed from Icon without refund. This fee will not be used to cover any damages to Icon property. SEE DAMAGE FEES
GUEST PROPERTY: Icon Inn does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen property anywhere on the property. Please ensure you keep your personal items with you, locked in your room and or use the room safe for additional protection.
NO SMOKING - NO DRUG USE: Icon Inn is a 100% Smoke & Drug Free property. This policy prohibits using drugs and or smoking any substance, including electronic cigarettes or vaporizers, in all guest rooms and suites, and all common indoor areas, including but not limited to lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, outdoor eating areas or picnic areas, etc. Smoking outdoors is prohibited within 25 feet of any door, window, vent, A/C unit, entryway, etc. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund, and will be charged a damage fee of at least $250 for smoke removal procedures.
DAMAGE AND OTHER FEES: You as the registered guest are responsible for all damages including the damages caused by the other occupants or guest that are staying or visiting you at the property. This includes any damage to the common areas (lobby, hallways, kitchen, dining room, Laundry Room, Conf. Room, Parking Lot Area, etc.) as well as any damage to the room or rooms you occupied or visited. You will also be charged for any damage to the furnishings within the room, including but not limited to bedding, towels, appliances, etc. By signing this agreement, you understand that such fees will be charged to the credit card you provided. We reserved the right to pursue, legally or by other allowable methods, any guest whose credit card does not allow charges to be processed for reservations or damages because of insufficient funds or any other processing issue. Icon Inn is also authorized to charge guests for unregistered pets, SEE PET POLICY, brought into the property whether or not they cause damage.
SECURITY & SAFETY: The welfare and safety of our guests are a top priority. By being on or in the property, you understand you are authorizing yourself and the other occupants/guests staying or visiting you at the property to be recorded by multiple security cameras, 24-hours a day / 7-days a week. Cameras are throughout the interior and exterior of all the common areas of the property. No Cameras are located in the individual hotel rooms or bathrooms. At any time, ownership, staff, and under certain circumstances the authorities will have access to the recordings of the cameras.
KITCHEN USE: Kitchen and dining room hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM. Anyone using the kitchen must be 21 yrs of age or older. The kitchen is thoroughly cleaned by the Icon Inn staff, regularly, however, guests that use the kitchen area are required to clean/wipe/sweep up the countertops, floors, range and properly dispose of any garbage, packaging or excess food. All used cookware, dishes, and utensils should be rinsed and either left in one of the three sinks or put into one of the two dishwashers. Management will run the dishwashers, will put away the clean items, and dump garbage containers in the kitchen area as necessary. Any damages and/or messes left behind will result in fees being charged to your account. Please use ONLY grocery items that you have personally brought into the property, or are labeled "GUEST" You are liable for any injuries you may encounter while using any of the items in the kitchen area such as but not limited to appliances, utensils and dishware.
