- Reservations made directly on the hotel booking engine do NOT require a deposit. Room rates on the hotel booking engine are the lowest available online.
- Same-day reservations made via phone call/walk-ins will only be held for a maximum of 2 hours until a valid credit/debit card can be provided.
- "Valid" in this instance is defined as a payment card that can be pre-authorized or is capable of payment.
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation within 1 day before arrival.

- On-premise payment channels include cash, bank transfer, TnG e-wallet QR, and Duitnow QR.
- All reservations made across any channel must have their full reservation amount either paid, pre-paid, or pre-authorized on a valid credit/debit card 1 day before or on the day of arrival.
- In the instance of cash payments, the full reservation amount will be pre-authorized on the credit/debit card provided. The pre-authorized amount will be voided once guests have paid the full reservation amount in cash during check-in.
- Room rates booked directly on the booking engine are inclusive of 6% Sales Service Tax (SST).
- The hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates at any time within the promotional period in accordance with the revisions on such charges by the authorities concerned.
- Check-in time is after 2:30 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Request for early check-in or late departure will be subject to availability and corresponding charges.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations under other circumstances where it appears that the mistake or error has been made.
- Any special requests made by guests such as room type, connecting rooms, none smoking floor, early check in, late check out, large bed, etc. will be subjected to availability upon check in.
- It is expressly agreed that each party shall be relieved of its obligations under this letter of confirmation in the unlikely event of acts of nature, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or any other emergency will make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the event
