Noosa Pomona Retreat Policies, Terms and Conditions:

Accommodation Policies: 
Check In / Check Out

• Standard check in is from 2pm. Standard Check Out is at 10am.
• Check In procedures will be sent via text  message on the morning of arrival.
• On Check Out
• Leave all kitchen equipment clean back in place, used towels in bathroom and used bed linen on bed.
• Ensure all rubbish is disposed of and sealed in outside bins before departure.
• Leave the accommodation in the same condition as it was upon arrival. If there are any breakages or damage please let us know.
• Check out of the accommodation by 10am. Any overstays may result in additional charges or penalties.
• Accessibility and special needs
• Due to the nature of our property our accomodation is unsuitable. If you have any queries please notify us.
• Travelling with Minors
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult during their stay at our accommodation.
• The accompanying adult must be at least 18 years old and assume full responsibility for the minor's welfare and behaviour throughout the duration of their stay.
• Travelling with Pets
• Pets should always be on a lead when walking around the property
• Pets should not be left on site unattended, under any circumstances. It is worth noting that most local venues are dog-friendly.
• Clean up after your pet on the property.
• Smoking
• Smoking cigarettes and E cigarettes is not permitted in any of the accomodations, if you are believed to have been smoking within the lodge, you will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas, with doors closed.
• Please dispose of any waste in bins provided.
• Furniture Moving & Removal
• Guests are not permitted to move furniture within or remove furniture from the accommodation premises. Any removal of furniture will be considered a breach of terms and conditions and may result in additional charges or penalties.
• Damage Reporting
• In the event of accidental damage to property or furnishings, guests are required to promptly report the incident to management. Guests should take photographs of the damage for documentation purposes. Failure to report damages may result in additional charges.
• Unsociable/ Illegal Activities and Noise
• Our property is a serene escape into nature, please be respectful of our residents and guests and keep noise to a minimum. No noise from 9pm. 
• Unsociable behaviour and illegal activities will not be tolerated on the property. Guests engaging in such activities will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

• Our accommodation provides parking facilities for guests' vehicles during their stay. The availability and type of parking options may vary depending on the property location and layout.
• While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the security and safety of vehicles parked on our premises, we do not assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or their contents.
• Our accommodation shall not be held liable for any damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or accidents that may occur while parked on our premises.
• Guests park their vehicles at their own risk, and any damages or losses incurred are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• any refund or discount.
• Restriction on Additional Guests:
• Only the accommodated number of guests listed on the booking confirmation are permitted to stay in the accommodation. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval from management.

• We are a non party venue - if you are interested in holding an event here, please contact us directly. Events hosted at our property must be booked and confirmed in advance through Noosa Pomona Retreat.
• A signed contract or agreement outlining the event details, including date/s, time, venue/s, expected attendance, full payment and any special requirements or requests, is required to confirm the booking.

• The prices listed for accommodations are per night and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Special rates or discounts may be available during certain periods, and these will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
• Any additional services or amenities not included in the base accommodation rate may be subject to extra charges.
• Guests will be informed of any additional charges before confirming their reservation. 
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Payment for accommodations and any additional charges must be settled in full on making your booking.
• Accepted forms of payment may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash, as outlined in the payment policies.
• Prices may be listed in a specific currency, but guests may have the option to pay in their preferred currency, subject to applicable exchange rates.
• Any fees associated with currency conversion will be the responsibility of the guest.

• Payment is required to secure your booking. Additionally, we require a Full Name, Contact Phone Number, Email Address & Billing Address. 
• Full payment will be taken upon booking and is refundable up to 30 days prior to check in. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.
• A security deposit of $500 AUD will be taken at the time of Check In and will be refunded following checkout and sign off of inventory’s . 
• In certain cases, particularly for long-term projects or specialised services, an advanced payment equivalent to a portion of the total fee may be requested. This will be communicated clearly during the booking process.

1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days notice for any cancellations to receive a full refund. 
2. Any cancellation within the 30 day prior to checking is non refundable.
3. Modification Requests: Any requests to modify the reservation details, such as dates or services, should be made as early as possible. A request is only approved once confirmation has been made by Noosa Pomona Retreat.
4. Modification Approval: Modifications are subject to availability and approval by Noosa Pomona Retreat. 

• In the event of any disputes, concerns, or issues arising during your stay, we encourage guests to first address them with us to attempt an informal resolution.
• We are committed to addressing guest concerns promptly and finding mutually satisfactory solutions whenever possible.

• We may collect personal information from guests during the reservation process, check-in procedures, or through other interactions with our accommodation establishment.
• Personal information may include but is not limited to names, contact details, payment information, and preferences.
• Personal information collected from guests is used for the purpose of providing accommodation services, facilitating reservations, and improving guest experiences
• We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of guests' personal information and have implemented appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel who require access for legitimate business purposes.
• We may disclose personal information to third-party service providers, such as payment processors, booking platforms, or marketing agencies, for the purpose of facilitating reservations, processing payments, or conducting marketing activities.
• Personal information may also be disclosed in response to lawful requests from government authorities or as required by law.
• By providing personal information to our accommodation establishment, guests consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as described in these terms and conditions.
• We will retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal or regulatory requirements.
• Guests may request access to their personal information held by our accommodation establishment and may request corrections or updates to ensure its accuracy.

• Use of all our facilities and amenities are at your own risk, including but not limited to:
• Interactions with creatures roaming our property
• Swimming in the dam
• driving your vehicle other than directly to and from the front gate and your individual accomodation.
  

• In the event of a force majeure event that impacts our ability to provide accommodation services, including but not limited to room reservations, event bookings, or other services, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on guests. This may include offering alternative accommodations, rescheduling bookings, or providing refunds or credits for services not rendered due to the force majeure event.

• Guests or customers are not permitted to assign, transfer, or delegate any of their rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without prior written consent from Noosa Pomona Retreat. 

• No waiver by Noosa Pomona Retreat of any term or condition set forth herein shall be effective unless it is explicitly stated in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Noosa Pomona Retreat.

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
