Re-programming of the trip:
In the event that the reservation is re-scheduled in the same year as the original date of the trip, the penalty applies depending on the date on which the change is notified:
- Notice with more than 60 days in advance: free, without penalty.
- Notice less than 60 days in advance: 10% of the total reservation
- Notice less than 30 days in advance: 25% of the total reservation
In these cases, once the penalty has been charged, if applicable, the balances remaining from the deposit would remain as credit for the new reservation date.
Cancellation of the trip:
In case the reservation is canceled and the dates are not rescheduled in the same year, the following applies:
- Notice more than 60 days in advance: 10% of the total reservation
- Notice less than 60 days in advance: 25% of the total reservation
- Notice less than 30 days in advance: 50% of the total reservation
- Notice less than 15 days in advance: 100% of the total reservation.

GUEST CANCELLATION
- Once you have booked your stay and paid the deposit, our agreement is a legal contract.
- If you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible. We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases. It may be appropriate to have private travel insurance to cover the booking. Our policy is:
DURING YOUR STAY
Noise should be kept to a minimum. Casa Playa Mann is a peaceful property. You will respect the comfort of your fellow guests by minimizing noise from TV’s and opening and closing doors, especially after 9.00pm and before 8.00pm. If during your stay you cause disturbance or offence to other guests your stay may be terminated and you will remain liable for the full balance.
Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms.There are designated smoking areas in the garden areas, so please use that only.
GUEST AREAS
As we are a small home owner run B&B, the guest areas of the house and the grounds are for the use of our guests only. If guests wish to have visitors, then this must be agreed by us in advance.
RESTRICTED AREAS
The Kitchen is restricted to staff use only, for the health and safety of our guests. The Hotel Manager quarters are also restricted.
WIFI
All reasonable endeavours will be taken to ensure that you are provided with free, uninterrupted Wi-Fi service. We will not be liable however if for any reason, the service is not available at any time, nor for any loss of data or damage to equipment you suffer as a result of using the service. Since we are an isolated archipelago, the Wi-Fi service we provide use satellite and is provided by a unique Government-owned company. Therefore, internet service may be slow or suspended at any time, depending on the satellite connection quality which is completely out of our control.
ALCOHOL
Moderate consumption of alcohol is allowed. For guests abusing this privilege, as determined by CASA PLAYA MANN, will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Food and beverage consumption is allowed on the first floor only (breakfast area) and not in guest rooms. For Ocean View Rooms, food and beverage is allowed in your private balcony if previously coordinated with Hotel Manager for cleaning purposes.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/ debit card, or we may send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Breakfast from 7h00 until 9h00. Vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options are available if requested in advance.
