Terms and Conditions for Cedar Street Hotel & Suites
The guest agrees to pay for all charges incurred against the room account during the above given rental period. If said charges are to be billed to a third party, the undersigned agrees to be personally liable for payment of any and all charges due in the event the indicated third party, person, company, or association fails to pay for such charges.
The guest also agrees to vacate and thus release the room on the scheduled date of departure as indicated on the registration card at the posted "check-out" time.
Prices and Taxes:
All room rates are subject to change without notice, and prices may vary based on the type of room, season, and availability.
Taxes and fees, including local occupancy taxes, sales taxes, and resort fees, will be added to the total bill as required by local regulations.
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:
Payment for your stay is required upon check-in, and you must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Complimentary early check-in is subject to availability. Guests may call ahead to the front desk for confirmation.
Smoking Policy:
Cedar Street Hotel & Suites is a NON-SMOKING facility. This applies to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and E-Cigarettes. This means no smoking in the rooms, on the balconies, or in any guest amenity areas.
Smoking in a non-smoking area will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Traveling with Minors:
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian and may not be left unattended in the guest amenity areas or hotel rooms at any time.
Extra beds for children may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
Cribs for children may be available upon request for no additional charge.
Accessibility or Special Needs:
Cedar Street Hotel & Suites is committed to providing accessible accommodations for guests with disabilities. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific accessibility needs and room requirements.
Parking:
Complimentary parking is available for registered guests without the use of a parking pass.
Traveling with Pets:
Cedar Street Hotel & Suites is strictly a dog friendly hotel, with specific designated rooms for guests traveling with their K-9 friends.
It is the responsibility of the guest to notify the front desk whether they are traveling with a dog or not at the time of check in.
Dogs are not allowed in non-pet rooms and will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Guests are required to sign a dog policy that will be attached to their reservation registration.
Hotel Events:
Cedar Street Hotel & Suites may host events, groups, or gatherings on the property. Please be aware that these events may impact common areas and facilities during your stay. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any inconvenience to guests.
Dispute Resolution/Issues:
Any disputes or issues related to your stay at Cedar Street Hotel & Suites should be reported to the front desk immediately. We will make every effort to resolve any concerns promptly and amicably.
Disruptive Guests:
Any disruptions on behalf of the guest are kindly asked to be reported to the front desk immediately.
Cedar Street Hotel & Suites reserves the right to remove any disruptive guest from the hotel premises at any time with forfeit of the night’s stay. Any future days will be removed from the reservation.
A disruptive guest is solely responsible for all fees and consequences caused by their actions during their stay at Cedar Street Hotel & Suites. This includes being responsible for payment of another guest’s reservation to the hotel in the event of the guest leaving due to the disruption.
Use of Personal Information:
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By staying at Cedar Street Hotel & Suites, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability:
Cedar Street Hotel & Suites is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during your stay.
Guests are responsible for any damages to the hotel property caused by their actions and/or negligence.
Force Majeure:
Cedar Street Hotel & Suites is not liable for failure to perform any of its obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Third Party Rights:
These terms and conditions are for the benefit of Cedar Street Hotel & Suites and its guests and do not create any rights or benefits for third parties.
Damages/Excessively Dirty Rooms:
Any damage incurred to a room or hotel property will be charged according to the guest's card on file. An excessively dirty room may be subject to, but not limited to an additional $150.00 cleaning fee.
Severance:
If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By making a reservation and staying at Cedar Street Hotel & Suites, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and the updated terms will apply to all future reservations.
