- A notice of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid any cancellation charges. Any reservations cancelled or modified within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged the original booking amount unless Shoreline Cottages staff is able to rebook for the dates of the reservation.
- Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to check inn date. 1) Check-In: 3pm; Check-Out: 11am. 2) $25/night dog fee. 3) No smoking in the rooms. If smoke is detected, a fee of $200 will be assessed. 4) A fee of $200 will be assessed if there is excessive damage/cleaning to the room. Spa Rules: 1) Shower before entering the spa. 2) Refrain from smoking or eating in spa. 3) Children 12 or under must be supervised. 4) Noise must be minimal before 10am and after 9pm. 5) Replace hot tub cover after use. Shoreline Cottages will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests anywhere on the property or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.
