Bookings
Booking must be secured with a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 7 days from arrival.
Room occupancy is for max 2 people only – all rates quoted are based on double occupancy
The Homestead is exclusively for guest aged over 18 years
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and an acknowledgement of cancellation issued.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 50% deposit.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit entire booking amount.
Change of dates
Dates are changeable however must be communicated to us in writing via email.
Date changes within 7 days incur a 100% forfeit of booking amount.
Please note if your change/ cancellation is due to government restrictions and Covid 19 pandemic we offer change of dates.
Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed at owners discretion.

Refunds
Booking deposit of 50% is fully refundable for cancellations made more than 14 days before your arrival.
Check in/ Check Out
Check in time is 3pmThe Homestead will provide a virtual check in. Full payment is to be provided 7 days prior to arrival with property access codes sent via SMS.
Check out time is 10am
Where possible we try to accommodate requests for early check in/ late check out. These requests can be made by contacting us directly.

The Homestead is a smoke free property. All rooms are non-smoking – Guests who violate this policy will be charged a deep cleaning fee of between $500-$1000.
No pets are permitted.
Any excess cleaning or unreasonable damage will be on charged to the guests.
