Property and Cancellation Policies :
Reservation and Cancellation Policies:  We require a credit card to secure a reservation. Due to the small number of rooms we have, cancellations and shortened stays can affect us greatly. Cancellations prior to 4 pm, 14 days before check-in willresult in a FULL refund. Cancellations received after 14 days and up to 72hours prior to your 4 pm check-in will result in a 50% refund. Cancellationswithin 72 hours or no shows will not be refunded.  Refunds may take up to 30 days toprocess.  Cancellation policies can varyfor specials, group event bookings or packages. No refunds for early departures.  We suggest obtaining trip insurance in the event of an emergency. 
Terms and Conditions

CHECK-IN TIME: 3PM-6PM
Rooms are not guaranteed available until 3:00 PM. We are happy to check you in early, if the room is available.  
If checking in after arrival time and we are not here or temporarily unavailable, a welcome letter with the door code and keys may be left to the right of the front door.

CHECK-OUT: 11AM
If any early departure occurs, please leave the room keys on the desk for the innkeeper to easily retrieve.

PARKING:
Parking is Limited and Complimentary. If you have more than 1 car or have visitors, there is 2 hour parking on the streets from 8AM - 8PM, or valet parking at 400 Beach around the corner. One (1) parking space for a standard-sized vehicle per guest room is an included. Trucks wider & longer than a standard regular cab F150 cannot be accommodated NOR Full-size SUVs, such as Suburbans, Escalades, Silverados, or Duallys.

ACCESSIBILITY:
All rooms are on the second floor and we do not have an elevator. If you have difficulty going up a flight of stairs, please consider a hotel with an elevator or other accommodations that have rooms on the first floor.

SMOKING:
Smoking is permitted on the patio only. No smoking is permitted inside the house.

TAXES:
A 7% Florida State Sales Tax and 6% Pinellas County Bed Tax is added to our guests’ statements. Gratuities are optional.

PAYMENT:
The first night will be charged immediately and is non refundable. Payment will made upon check- in. 
Occupancy rates shown are for occupancy by one or two guests only. Additional guests in the Vinoy House Suite will be charged $25.00 per guest per night.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

NO PET POLICY:
We are unable to accept pets with the exception of ADA Service Dogs. ADA Regulations do not include comfort or therapy dogs.
