•  Advanced deposit payment will be charged at the time of reservation.
•  All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
•  For security reasons, the same credit card used to secure the booking must be presented at check-in. The name on the credit card used to secure the booking must also match the name of the person checking in. If you are booking for someone else, please contact the hotel reservation directly before making the booking.
•  We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
•  Amendment or Cancellation must be made in a written notice to the provided email or contact form in the website.
•  Rates are charged in US Dollars. Therefore, the amount shown on the monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations."
● Rates are inclusive of 2% Accommodation tax, 10% VAT, 5% service charge & non-commissionable.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 14:00 and checkout time is noon. We will make every effort to accommodate early check-in requests, strictly subject to availability. Guests are advised to notify The Peninsula Phnom Penh of such requests before arrival. In special circumstances, day-use room(s) on the day of departure from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm would strongly depend on space availability and will be charged 50% of the rate. Full contract rates will normally be charged for check-in before 09:00 or checkout after 17:00.

Force Majeure None of the Parties hereto shall be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement because of any failure or delay in the performance of this Agreement due to Force Majeure. The term Force Majeure as employed herein shall include acts of God, strikes, lockouts, industrial disturbances, acts of public enemy, war, blockades, insurrections, riots, epidemics, civil disturbances, explosions, fires, flood, earthquakes, storms, lightning, and any other cause similar to the kind herein enumerated which are not within the control of either Party and which by the exercise of due care and diligence either Party is unable to overcome. If an event of Force Majeure occurs, the Party that encounters such event shall inform the other Party in writing within 14 days of such occurrence. The duties of such Party shall, subject to the approval of the other Party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, be suspended during the continuance of any inability so caused but for no longer period and such cause shall as far as possible be removed with all reasonable dispatch.
