Late Check-out/ Early Check-in Policies
We will try our best to accommodate any late check-out requests whenever possible. However, this will depend on the availability of rooms and new bookings already confirmed. We do request that you inform us as early as possible if late check-out will be required so we can do our best to make the necessary arrangements.
Late Check-out Fee: ₱80.00 per hourIf planning to arrive before the standard check-in time, please make sure to inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure a room will be available for you as close as possible to your time of arrival. If for any reason we cannot accommodate your arrival time, we will inform you in advance.
Early Check-in Fee: ₱80.00 per hour
Property and Cancellation Policies
Bookings cancelled:
- 24 hours or less before arrival: Full deposit will be charged/ forfeitted
- Between 1 to 2 days before arrival: 50% of Deposit will be charged/ forfeitted
- 3 days or more before arrival: Full refund will be provided

Upon checking in, all guests will be requested to make payment for their entire stay at Innsite. Payment chanels available at this time are Gcash, bank transfer, or cash. Please have the necessary funds available when arriving at Innsite.
