This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Normal reservations must be canceled at least 72-hours, (3) full days, prior to the date of check-in or you will be charged for one night of your original reservation. The same policy applies to arrival date changes.
- Reservations made for stay dates in the month of March (03/01-03/31) must be canceled at least 60 days prior to the date of check-in or you will be charged for one night of your original reservation. The same policy applies to arrival date changes.
- Reservations made for stay dates during the 4th of July Week (07/04-07/06) must be canceled at least 14 days prior to the date of check-in or you will be charged for one night of your original reservation. The same policy applies to arrival date changes.
- Reservations made for stay dates during Thanksgiving Week (11/26-11/30) have a cancellation policy of 30 days. The same policy applies to arrival date changes.
- Should the credit card on file be invalid for any reason, the guest will be contacted at the phone number listed in the reservation and given 24-hours to provide a valid credit card, or the reservation will be canceled.
- Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will be charged a “No Show” fee equivalent to the first night plus taxes, and the remaining balance of the reservation will be canceled.
- For groups reserving (4) or more cabins for any given date or event, the cancellation policy extends to (30) days.
***As a small hotel, we are greatly impacted by cancellations and find it necessary to abide by the above cancellation policy.***

- The Main Lodge, including the Round Up Room (TV / Pool Table / Keurig Machine), Fireplace Room, and Gift Shop are all open during regular business hours.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM
- Early Check-In (Subject to Availability): If you'd like to request an early check-in, please call our Front Desk at 480-984-2194 after 11:00 AM on the day of your arrival, so we can let you know if we can accommodate you.
- After Hours/Late Arrivals: If you will be arriving after office hours (shown above), don't worry, just let us know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival, and we will email you instructions on how to get into your cabin!
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
- Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability): We may be able to accommodate a 1:00 PM check-out at no cost. If you would like to check out between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, there is a $50.00 late check-out fee. Check-outs past 5:00 PM will be charged an additional full night's rate. Please inquire at the Front Desk for availability.
- All children are welcome. Adult rates apply to ages 13 & up. Youth rates apply to ages 4 - 12. Children 3 and under stay free. Only a limited number of Pack'n'Play cribs are available. Please let us know in advance if you need a crib, so that we can plan accordingly.
- Room occupancy requirements are based on fire code/safety restrictions. If you exceed the number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent an additional cabin or vacate the ranch.
- WiFi is available in or near the Main Lodge; however, since we are located in a remote area, internet connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
- Ask the Front Desk for the network name and password, or it is also posted on the inside of your cabin door.
- Please bring the ice bucket from your cabin or your personal cooler to the Front Desk, and we will fill it for you!
- If you need a bag of ice, we provide (1) free 5 lb bag per cabin per day.
- Additional bags may be purchased at the Front Desk during business hours for $5 per bag.
- Our pool is open to Saguaro Lake Ranch lodging guests only.
- Glass items and smoking are prohibited.
- Pool towels are available at the pool for your convenience. Please leave bath towels in the cabins.
- Housekeeping service is offered from 10am - 2pm daily. If you wish to receive services please utilize your “Please Clean My Cabin” door hanger to let our team know.
- If you have any specific needs, please let us know at the Front Desk and we are happy to accommodate
- Free parking is available right in front of most of our cabins. Some require a short walk.
- For large vehicles and boats, please inquire at the Front Desk upon arrival for the best parking location.
- Cooking food with any type of grill, stove, crock pot, etc is strictly prohibited. This includes outside or inside your cabin.
- No live flame candles, fireworks, or sparklers are permitted on property. .
- All cabins include a mini fridge & microwave.
- Please ask the Front Desk prior to their arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your visitors.
- We would love to allow a few family members or friends to visit you at the Ranch; however, depending on our occupancy, this may or may not be possible.
- If approved, please have your visitors check in with the Front Desk to get a visitor wristband upon arrival.
- No pool access for visitors. The pool is reserved for Ranch guests only.
- We love pets, and we do have a couple of resident Ranch Dogs, but unfortunately, we are not a “pet friendly” property.
- We do allow the use of a Service Animal (as defined by requirements of the ADA) by a person with a disability. Service Animals must be on-leash and with the owner at all times.
- Animals, including but not limited to those labeled Companion Animals, Emotional Support Animals and Therapy Animals are deemed to be pets, and DO NOT meet the criteria of a “Service Animal” according to ADA guidelines.
- Guests found to have pets on property will be subject to a $200.00 cleaning fee and might be asked to find alternative accommodations, if the pet causes any disruption to other guests.
- Any and all alcoholic beverages consumed on the property of Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch, without exception, must be provided by Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch as per our Arizona Series 7 Beer and Wine Liquor License.
- Due to the restrictions of our liquor license, we serve only beer and wine at this current time. Please ask the Front Desk for availability!
- For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, and to protect our facility from exposure to fire hazards, Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch has a strict non-smoking policy in all buildings and cabins/porches including, but not limited to, smoking tobacco, cigars, marijuana, vape pens, hookahs, and any illegal substances.
- Smoking is only permitted outside and at least 20 feet from any building entrance or window on the property.
- Smoking in the cabins will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
- No smoking is permitted in the pool area.
- No amplified music after 10:00 PM.
- Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum and avoid excessive commotion. Many of our guests come here to enjoy the peace and quiet.
- There is a $200.00 cleaning fee for smoking, damages, and/or excessive dirtiness in cabins that requires more than our regular cleaning service to remedy. This charge may be adjusted for excessive damage.
- Missing cabin items will be billed according to the value of the item. See list on inside of cabin door.
- The credit card on file will be authorized on the day prior to your arrival for the full lodging amount.
- The lodging amount will be charged in full the day before your departure, including any additional charges.

- Additional charges may apply for any missing items, damage, or excessive cleaning needed upon departure.
