- One-night reservations may be billed in full at time of reservation.
- For reservations of two nights or longer, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Balance will be billed on the day arrival.
- Guests can cancel until 14 days before arrival and receive their deposit, less a $30 processing charge. Deposits will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled within 14 days before arrival and you will be billed for your stay.

- Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to a 11.7% room tax.

- The guest name on the reservation must occupy the room(s) (unless arrangements for a gift are made in advance).
- Cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card are accepted.
- A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends, holidays, and for the July & August months.
- Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted at Sally Webster or the hotel property.
- Sally Webster welcomes children over the age of 12.
- Pets are not permitted.
