Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 1 days of arrival
Partial Charge - 50% of Deposit - If canceled within 5 days of arrival
No Charge - If canceled within 7 days of arrival

Note: Upon Check-in in the property, we will require a Php. 2000.00 Security Cash Deposit which will be refundable upon Check-out.
1. Loss of Personal PropertyManagement is not liable for loss of personalproperty; Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.
2. Room Make upIf you like your rooms to be made up, please informthe Front Desk or hang your “make up room” sign outside your door prior todeparting for the day.
3. Bell ServiceUpon your check-out ifyou will be needing a luggage assistance, you can call front desk at “0” andwill be happy to assist you.
4. Concierge/ Guest servicesContact our front desk“0” for map, Transportation or other information on travel in and out ofChateau bleu resort. And were happy to accommodate all your request.
5. Clean Air “Smoking”For the protection of our staff and comfort of our guests, please do notsmoke in our room and public areas following the Executive order No.26 NoSmoking Act and this prohibition includes Cigars, cigarettes, vape products andany illicit substances. We have designated smoking area outside theHotel/Cabana Premises. Thank you for your cooperation. Failure to comply willbe chargeable of P5000.00
6. Jacuzzi’s & or Hot springpool to complete your relaxing getaway, our cabana rooms have a Hot spring jacuzzi& we also have an indoor Hot spring pool available for usage.Please observe the rules posted on the signage by the pool. Glass of any kindis strictly prohibited. Hot spring pools can reach a very high temperature; itis recommended that small children do not use the hot spring pool. Usage is atyour own risk.
7. Outdoor Swimming pool to enjoy our swimming pool, we allocated signages for your safety during pool use.Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty at any time and use of thesefacilities is at your own risk. Glass is strictly prohibited. Children underthe age of 18 below must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years age orolder when using any pool, recreation facility or amenity. Failure to followthis very important policy will lead to a shutdown of the pool and aninconvenience to all guests. Water wings, flotation noodles, and other smallflotation aids are permitted provided they are used properly and do notinterfere with other guests’ while in use of the facilities. As we promote afamily-oriented establishment, we ask that you dress respectfully of otherswhile in the pool and common areas.
8. PetsFor the comfort and safety of all ourguests, Chateau Bleu Resorts has a strict “no pets” policy.
9. Linen changesSheets will be changed after every guest departure. You are welcome tohave your bedding changed every two days while staying with us, however, inline with our environmental policy we prefer to only wash beddings ifabsolutely necessary and therefore will only change bedding if requested.
10. TelephonesAllrooms in the resort have a telephone to use, and you can call room to room, andany local number at no charge. If you need assistance just Dial “0” for frontdesk.
11. Internet ServicesChateauBleu resort is pleased to offer complimentary wireless connection throughoutthe resort. For assistance, please contact the Front Desk.
12. TowelsPlease help us maintain our commitment to being environmentallyfriendly, by using the following system to prevent the unnecessary washing oftowels:If you leaveyour towels in the bath/shower, we will gladly change them.
If you leave your towels on the rail, you are happy to re-use them.
13. In Room Safety Deposit BoxAll rooms offer an in-room safe. Pleasecheck with the Front Desk for any additional information. The Resort is not responsiblefor unattended items left in your room.
14. Lost & FoundPlease contact the front deskfor inquiries of your lost items within the resort. Chateau Bleu will not beliable for any lost or left behind in or at the resort property.
15. Room ConsumablesAll rooms are equippedwith complimentary supply of Coffee, Tea, bottled water as well as bathroomsupplies such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and other. Additional supplies areavailable for purchase.
16. Key cardSafe guard your room key at all times and in thechance of missing, please report to front desk immediately. Please turn overkey card at Front Desk before departing the hotel. Lost key card will becharged at Php300.00 per piece.
17. Housekeeping checking Before or at designated Check-out Time, please allowour Housekeeping Staff to check your room. Missing items from the room will becharged to guest account.
18. Safety & securityIf at any time during your stay younotice anything of any suspicious or alarming nature, or have need of anyspecial assistance, please dial “0” to call the Front Desk
19. Fire ArmsFirearms and/or weapons of any kind arestrictly prohibited at Chateau Bleu Resort
20. NoiseAs guests come to relax at Chateau Bleu, we respectively request thatyou do not play music or use the television on a high volume especially after10:00PM in the evening.
21. AdmittanceNeveradmit maintenance staff or strangers into your Villa without checking withmanagement. All resort employees should identify themselves at the door and bewearing a proper uniform. Please dial “0” for the Resort front desk if you areunsure. Never admit persons with unsolicited deliveries. If Maintenancerequires access to your room for repairs, you will be contacted by the FrontDesk. Please feel free to call back to confirm this request.
22. Emergency Access to roomsManagerand Safety Staff have an Emergency key to all Rooms. In case of any emergency,they may enter your Villa to help resolve your emergency. They will notify youwhen this occurs. From time to time, the Management may notice a maintenanceand/or safety issue that needs to be addressed. The Resort staff will try tocoordinate with you the best time to provide this service but may enter the Roomsduring your absence to complete work. If the Resort staff enters your room inyour absence, we shall notify you of the reason.
23. Waste DisposalPlease do not dispose of any items by flushing them down the toilet, butuse the trash bin provided in the room. Thank you.
24. Doors & operable windowsYour room door is equipped with adouble-locking system. Lock your door from the inside while occupying your room.For additional security, use the safety latch. Be sure your room is locked, andsecure openings to doors and windows before leaving. Opening of operablewindows will be at your own risk.
25. Damage & LossPlease reportimmediately to Front Desk or to anyone of our staff any damage to property orbroken fixtures for prompt repair.
26. Property MaintenanceTheGUEST ensures that nothing shall be attached to floors, wall, ceiling ofChateau Bleu premises by nails, screws, glue gun or other means, otherwise anydamage caused shall be charged to the guest.
