Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Full refund: guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in
- Partial refund of 50%: guests who cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in
- No refund: guests who cancel within 7 days of check-in

- A $25 cleaning fee will be applied to each and every booking
- Pet Policy:
- Dogs are permitted and a one time pet fee of $50 will be applied to each booking
- If there is excessive shedding, a accident, or evidence of your dog being on any furniture, a $100 additional pet fee will be added to your card
- No doggie day care, dogs are not permitted to be left in the room unattended, if you leave your dog unattended we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund
- No other pets allowed unless explicitly approved by management
- A $500 fee will be charged to your card for any evidence of smoking inside rooms. Smoking includes vaping, marijuana or tobacco products
- We go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value
