Please note you can cancel your reservation at no cost until one day before arrival. For no-show we will charge the full reservation price.

Check-out: Make sure you double check the room and leave no personal items behind. FedEx and other carriers are expensive and if we have to send something that has been forgotten we would need to ship at your cost.
POOL: There is NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY at the pool. Use pool at your own risk. If you have children under 16 they MUST be supervised at all times. NEVER leave small children alone in the garden or pool area. There are pool/beach towels available at the pool. Please do not use the bathroom towels at the pool or the beach.
Please only use the beach towels available at the pool from our staff when going to the pool or beach. DO NOT USE our regular bathroom towels for the beach. There will a charge of US$20 for lost towels.Do not sit on any of the furniture in the house with sun lotion or oil on your body. We thank you for being considerate. Do not take anything made from glass but rather from plastic to the pool.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Strictly no smoking in the house. You can smoke on the verandas or the pool area. Always use an astray. Always lock your doors. No loud noise inside the house after 10 p.m. or before 9 a.m.No noise outside after 10 p.m. or before 9 a.m. Please treat everything with care.
