Terms and Conditions
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you use Express Checkout, or if you do not officially check out at your time of departure, you authorize us to charge your credit card for any charges incurred. You acknowledge that you are liable for any outstanding balance until it is paid in full.
- In the event of any legal action or proceedings to collect any amounts due, we reserve the right to collect reasonable expenses of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.
- Please park your car in the designated parking area and lock it. We are not responsible for theft or damages to your car, its contents, or any items left in the room. A safe is available at the Front Desk.
- For the cleanliness and maintenance of the guest rooms, the hotel reserves the right to enter each guest room on a daily basis.
- Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking in a hotel room will result in a $250 fine.
- In the event of a cancellation within 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the guest forfeits their deposit. In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged for the first night of their reserved stay, and any subsequent nights will be cancelled.
