Nuestra HistoriaDesde 2009 Samanapaq Hotel ha sido el lugar de descanso de los exploradores de la ciudad perdida de los Incas, Machu Picchu y los que vinieron en busca de la magia del Valle Sagrado; se encuentra escondido entre bellos y apacibles jardines de plantas nativas y exóticas, árboles frutales y un pequeño jardín orgánico. Sus instalaciones son testimonio del amor a la tierra y el sueño de sus creadores, Don James Gibaja y Doña Manela Melgar, quienes encontraron en este lugar, un lugar para descansar sumergido en la naturaleza e historia y cuya experiencia querían compartirla.
Aunque desde 2012 Don James no se encuentra físicamente con nosotros, Doña Manela junto a sus hijos Paola, Tula y Carlos siguen con los sueños de la familia y es por eso que Samanapaq Hotel sigue siendo una muestra de los valores del mundo antiguo, de nuestros antepasados; donde la reciprocidad es una constante de este sueño y seguimos trabajando en las relaciones internas, el medio ambiente y nuestra comunidad.

Late check-out (after 11:30 and before 13:30) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- STANDARD RATES: They are very FLEXIBLE, you can cancel or modify the reservation when you think it is convenient without any type of penalty, however, we would appreciate it if you could notify us in advance.
- NON-REFUNDABLE RATES: It only accepts up to 02 modifications 30 days before the Check-in date, the new dates are subject to availability and up to 7 months from the Check-in date of the Original Reservation.
- AGENCY FEES:
- Any cancellation and/or change of the date of entry of the group passenger must be in writing via email, and the Hotel's acceptance must also be in writing, otherwise it will not be valid.
- Penalty for NO SHOW or CANCELLATION:
- Individuals (1 to 3 rooms) 7 days before arrival 100% of the total to pay the first night.
- Groups (4 or more rooms) 15 days before arrival 100% of the total to pay the first night.
Terms and Conditions
- All rates has breakfast included.
- TAXES: No fees include IGV (10%), which is exempt for non-resident Peruvians and non-resident foreigners in Peru. In order to make this exemption valid, it is necessary that all guests in the room indicate the date of entry to Peru (with less than 60 days) at the time of registration at the Hotel together with the original passport. In the case of agencies, if the guest does not have the necessary documentation for the VAT exemption (10%), the amount will be charged directly to the guest at the time of check-in.
- PAYMENTS: Payments for reservations (depending on the rate) will be made at the time of making the reservation or at the time of Check in. Agency rates are 100% Prepaid 15 days before Check In.
- MINORS: Minors will only be able to enter with their parents or with a guardian who has the parents' permission in a document.
- Children 6 years of age and older are considered adults.
- Children under 6 years old do not pay and occupy the parents' bed, only 01 child under 6 years old per room is considered without payment (for all rooms except Standard Single Room, Standard Double Room where there is no option of child without payment)
- PARKING: The parking lots are subject to availability and upon request, they will not have any surcharge on the nights of stay of the reservation.
