All room prices include lodging service per night and are published in United States dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Mexican pesos (MXN) and do not include taxes. Cancellations and No shows
All cancellations must be made in a minimum of 48 hours, otherwise they will be charged for one night's rent. In case of No Show (no show on the day of arrival), the entire accommodation will be charged. In case of early departures without 48 hrs prior notice, the penalty of 50% of the remaining nights will be charged.
Registration and Accommodation
All users who stay at the Hotel must register properly at the Reception desk, presenting valid official identification and filling out the form presented for that purpose, signing as it appears on the identification presented. After registration, users will be called guests. Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and departure is at 12:00 p.m., and the accommodation must be paid in advance, either from the reservation, or directly at the counter no later than 3:00 p.m. each day; otherwise, the room will be subject to availability for that night.

Termination of the accommodation contract
