Termos e Condições
- Check in Time is 14:00 hrs, Check out time is 11:00 hrs. If rooms are available, Early Check in / Late Check out fees apply.
- Stealing Hotel Property shall be subject to the full effect of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All litigations shall be held at the courts of Vigan City.
- Guests staying for less than 3 nights are requested to reuse towels and beddings.
- Never leave small children unattended in the room. Hotel Mercante, It's Staff and Owners shall not be held liable for any harm that may occur. And please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise levels down. Unruly guests may be denied entry.
- Smoking, Vaping, Cooking, and Washing Clothes are not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including your room and bathroom. A fine of 5,000.00 will be imposed per incident.
- Do not bring cooking or heating appliances, electronic devices exceeding 150w, or items with strong odor into the hotel. Violators will be fined Php 5,000.00 per item per incident.
- Any tampering or misuse of the fire alarm and suppression system shall be subject to a Php 50,000.00 fine and criminal charges.
- Only Registered Guests are allowed beyond the Lobby. Your Visitors or Unregistered people found beyond the seating area of the front desk shall be charged with trespassing.
- Guests agree that although Hotel Mercante strives to secure the guests and their properties while in the premises, the Hotel, its staff, and owners; shall not be held liable to any damage or loss to the guest’s property or person. All concerns shall be raised at the Front Desk.
- The Bike Rental is free for hotel guests. The Guests agree to use it at their own risk. Hotel Mercante, its staff, and owners shall not be held liable for accidents that may occur.
- Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Weapons are not permitted in the premises. Guests are required to adhere to laws and regulations set by the National and Local Governments of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Room Cleaning Service (Makeup Room) period is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Heavily Stained Towels or Linens shall incur a fee, equivalent to our cost to replace the linens. (Bed Under pads are available for our female guests).
- If Front Desk fails to issue a Statement of Account upon check out, the guest is entitled to a 50 % on the room accommodation.
