Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund without penalty. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of check in will not receive any refunds or credits. Early check outs are subject to the 48 hour cancellation policy. We do not give refunds or credits for poor weather, so please plan accordingly.
Terms and Conditions
- Reservations require a one-night deposit.
- Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival to receive a full refund. Early check outs are subject to the 48 hour cancellation policy.
- Park hours are weather permitting and we do not issue refunds for park delays or closures.
- You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room at the Cape Cod Family Resort.
- Our rates include up to a maximum of four people per room.
- On your day of arrival you may arrive as early as 10am when the park opens to receive your tickets to play.
- Hotel guests must register their vehicle to avoid daily parking fees.
- The Cape Cod Family Resort is not liable for lost or stolen property.
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times (13 is considered an adult)
- Daily quiet hours begin at 11pm and end at 7am.
- Smoking is prohibited inside our rooms and within 25 feet of the building. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if you have smoked inside the rooms. Please use designated smoking areas.
