The Cape Cod Family Resort is not liable for lost or stolen property-.Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.-.Daily quiet hours begin at 11pm and end at 7am.-You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests to the room or the motel property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and common areas. You will be charged a $100 cleaning fee if you smoke in the room. If payment is by credit card the hotel is authorized to charge my account for all charges on my folio including the $100.00 cleaning fee if I smoke in the room. -We have a limited number of dog friendly rooms that must be reserved in advance on our booking engine.
