- The hotel does not permit unregistered guest to access to the room. If found, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the room with no refund.
- The hotel check-in time start at 14.00 pm.
- Check-out before 12.00 (noon).
- Early check-in and late check-out request should be informed the reception in advance.
