Policies: If winery is closed and you need immediate assistance please call maintenance at (314) 445-4431. If you have an EMERGENCY please CALL 911. Check in Time is 4pm-7pm. Check out time is no later than 11am. Please lock your door when you check out and place your key in our Key Drop lock box to the left of the stairs to the Main Building, or leave with an employee. For your convenience each room has 5 of our wines, 4 of our Shawnee Bluff Logo glasses, and a wine bottle opener. After your stay we will charge your credit card for anything missing or damaged. This includes missing or damaged towels, sheets, or electronics. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in any rooms. We will apply a $100 fee to any room that is smoked in. We have one designated hotel room (#11) for guests traveling with pets. We will apply a $50 fee to any other room found to have pets. Pool Rules: Pool is open to Shawnee Bluff Winery Hotel guests and Daily Customers. No children under 18 are allowed in the pool unless accompanied by an adult. No glass in or around pool and no running in the pool area. We do not supply pool towels and room towels are not allowed by pool. No diving. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No outside food, beverage, or alcohol is permitted on the grounds outside of the hotel room. Any beverage and/or food will be confiscated and emptied if found on grounds other than the hotel room. Please lock and chain your doors at night or when you are not in your room. Shawnee Bluff Winery is not responsible for lost items in room or vehicle. Engaging in conduct that results in disruption to other guests including noise complaints will be handled with one verbal warning. Further disruption will result in a $100 fine and termination of your stay without refund. Guests must pay for all damages to the room or the facility that have resulted from a guest or their family/friends negligent reckless or willful actions. Shawnee Bluff Winery will automatically charge the guests credit card for said damages upon checkout. Guest agrees to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings above as stipulated by the Winery and Inn.
