Terms and Conditions
- For reservations done with a PayPal account, 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged in advance, and it will be refundable only if you cancel before 12:00 p.m. the day prior to the date of arrival, by sending an email to recepcion@kacllahostel.com.
- For reservations done directly with a CREDIT CARD: your credit card details are only required as a guarantee of room payment and does not imply any payment in advance (for non-group reservations or less than 8 guests). Please be assured that we maintain strict confidentiality on all information provided.
- All payments are to be made in cash with local currency (PEN), euros or dollars, and the total amount of your stay must be paid upon check-in or within the first day of your stay. If you will arrive late in the night and leave early before 7:00 a.m., please let us know in advance writing to recepcion@kacllahostel.com, in order to arrange another payment method.
- We require a 24-hour notice for any changes to, or cancellation of your reservation. Please let us know, or send us an email to recepcion@kacllahostel.com, before 12:00 p.m. the day prior to the date you want to cancel. Failure to inform us in a timely manner will result in a charge to your credit card for the full amount of the night(s) you had intended to cancel.
- Special promotional rates and/or discounts will not be reflected on your reservation confirmation, but will be applied at check-in.
- Please note: our Facebook Fans Discount is applied over the rack rates (shown at the front desk) and cannot be combined with any other special pricing offers.
- For GROUP RESERVATIONS, special cancelation conditions will be applied: a) 8 or more people traveling together will be considered a group reservation even if they all have different reservations with different holders. b) 50% of the full amount of the reservation will be charged in advance to the confirmation. c) The cancellation fee mentioned above, will correspond to 100% of the full amount of the reservation, which will be paid by charging the due pending 50% since the reservation was confirmed. d) The cancellation fees, as well as any partial or total payment of the reservation, will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. e) With the completion of the reservation, the cardholder authorizes the establishment to make the aforementioned charges, which will have the character of NON-REFUNDABLE.
- We admit CHILDREN FROM 8 YEARS OLD providing that the reservation is made for a private room.
- Guests under 18 years old must come accompanied by their parents, or adults duly authorized by them. In the case of group reservations for children under 18, there must be, at least, one adult for every 3 children. For security reasons, they may not stay, in any way, in rooms shared with other guests, even if they come accompanied by their parents.
