CANCELLATION POLICY 

Flexi / Refundableand Membership Standard Room Rates

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation is free of charge for guests until 2pm, 48 hours prior to check-in. A full refund or house credit is made available to cancellations outside of this time.
For cancellations inside 48 hours of check-in, guests will incur a cancellation fee of equivalent value to the first nights stay. The remaining balance is made available for refund orhouse credit.
Any booking modifications, including date changes and/or a fullcancellation of your booking made after 2pm on the day of arrival will becharged the nightly rate.
Any booking modifications requested after check-in are subject toavailability and may be applicable to rate variations.
Payment will be taken upon check-in or prior to your arrival ifarriving outside of reception operating hours.

No Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date will be treated as a no-show and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. If you have booked a rate eligible for a refund, you will incur a charge for those nights which fall within 48 hours of cancellation. If you have booked any of the Non-Refundable Rates you will be charged the full cost of the booking.

Booking Modifications

For bookings made on all rate plans, modifications are subject to availability and any applicable charges. If a date change is possible, the originally booked nightly rate may be subject to change and a higher rate may apply.
The difference between fares may be required in confirming such changes.

New Year’s Eve

If any night falls between 29 December and 2 January (inclusive) your booking is fully pre-paid and non-refundable. Payment will be taken at the time of booking and modifications or cancellation are not allowed.
 
Terms and Conditions

CHECK-IN: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Upon arrival, the credit card used to book as well as identification matching the person and name the room was booked under are required. That person must be present on arrival and mustbe staying at the property. Any use of a third-party credit card must bepre-arranged with the property prior to arrival and written authority to usethat third-party card must be provided.
CHECK-OUT: All guests must vacate their room by 10:00 AM on their date ofdeparture. Departure after this time may incur additional charges. Latecheck-out at the property is subject to availability.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: In accordance with Australian law, our hotel has a strictnon-smoking policy this includes vapes and e-cigarettes. There are dedicatedsmoking areas located at the Hotel . If you choose to ignore this policy there will be a minimum $200 charge, plus additional costs associated with restoring the room to its original condition.
CREDIT CARD POLICY: Visa / MasterCard / American Express (where accepted) incur a surcharge per transaction. We reserve the right to pre-authorise your creditcard at any time after booking is made, for any amount, but not more than the total amount of your booking, including any extras. The purpose of the creditcard pre-authorisation is to securely guarantee funds for accommodation andincidental charges. If a pre-authorisation is declined we will request a newcredit card number be provided. The new credit card must be in the same name asthe booking. If it is not in the same name as the booking, an authority tocharge form will need to be completed pursuant to our third-party payment terms. If no new card is provided within 48 hours of us notifying you, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If any new card provided is declined we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no further notice.
ACCESS: Guests must be 18 years or older, and if not they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Only persons registered with the hotel are permitted to access the hotel and rooms, we do not accept visitors. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest.
PERSONAL ITEMS: We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property includes any personal effects and motor vehicles.
PRIVACY: Do Not Disturb signs are available for your use. The housekeeping team may choose to enter the room for your safety or if Management suspects a breach of terms and conditions. Please note that by displaying the Do Not Disturb sign your room will not be serviced. In all common areas of the property, CCTV cameras are in operation, and footage is reviewed as required. It is prohibited to record (including by not limited to audio, video, photography) our staff in any area of the property without their permission. You agree to receive commercial electronic messages from us in the future unless you advise us in writing otherwise.
