Terms and Conditions
Reservation Policies:
- All room rates are based on a double occupancy (2 Adults only, 18+ years old)
- To confirm your reservation, Ma'xanab Tulum will proceed to charge 50% of the reservation 14 days prior to arrival.
- If you book at a certain rate and during the time span between your reservation date and your arrival date the price changes, both parties will respect the rate of the original reservation.
- The charge will be made in Mexican Pesos, which will be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate of the day.
- No pets allowed.
- In case of no-show, the total amount of stay will be charged.
- In case of early departure, the total amount of your stay will be charged and there will be no refund offered.
Hotel Check In & Check Out:
- Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
- Hotel check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. Please consult with the Front Desk about an early or late check-in/out.
Late Check-Out/Early Check-In:
- All late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested via email - frontdesk@maxanab.com
- All requests will be accepted or rejected depending on availability at the hotel, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests made.
Amenitites:
- Drinking water, shampoo, conditioner, and soap is for you to use freely.
- There is no extra charge for the consumption of the minibar.
Private Transfer Service:
- Ma'xanab Tulum offers private service in luxury vehicles from/to the Cancun Airport and Ma'xanab Tulum with extra charge.
