Accessibility: Please contact the Gather Greene team at office@gathergreene.com or (838) 877-0083 if you require an ADA cabin. While we are fully ADA compliant, we will also do our best to accommodate any specific needs.

Health & Safety: The health and safety of our guests and staff are extremely important to us. We have carefully updated our operational policies and procedures to comply with recommendations by the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. 

Children: All children (persons under 14 years of age) must be accompanied by and supervised by an adult at all times.

Pets: Well-behaved and house-trained dogs, cats, fish, and unicorns welcome, limited to one pet per cabin. We ask that you please clean up after your pet, and encourage you to enjoy the grounds with your pet while respecting the comfort of fellow guests. If pets are left in the cabin unattended, they must be crated. A $50 / night pet fee will be charged at the time of booking to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. 

No Discrimination: We do not discriminate on the grounds of sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, or sexual orientation. We also believe in protecting our guests from discriminatory behavior. Guests are expected to adhere to this policy and Gather Greene reserves the right, without incurring any liability to the Guest, to immediately remove from the property any person(s) offending against this policy. 

WiFi: WiFi is available in the upstairs guest lounge at the Pavilion and mobile reception is very good across the grounds, including in the cabins.

Cleaning: In accordance with Covid-19 guidelines and recommendations, cleaning staff will not be entering rooms while guests are staying. An additional $250 fee will be charged to the credit card on file if heavy cleaning—including; stains, spills, bodily fluids, excessive pet-related cleaning,  etc—is necessary. 

Smoking: Guests are not permitted to smoke or vape in any cabins or indoor spaces. Gather Greene reserves the right to charge a $250 cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found indoors. Please place all smoking waste in cigarette receptacles.

Fires: No fires or candles may be lit in or around cabins and decks. Bonfires and campfires must remain in designated areas and are only allowed when managed by Gather Greene staff.

Damages: Any damages caused to the property by guests or pets will be assessed and charged at market value + 15% admin fee to your credit card on file.

Key Return: Upon check-out, keys must be returned to Gather Greene. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $40 fee.

Personal Item Return: If items are left in your cabin and you would like them shipped back to you, please email us with your dates of stay, cabin number, item description, and shipping address. If the items are recovered, we will arrange for them to be sent back to you via USPS priority shipping and charge the card on file for the shipping rate + $25 return fee.

Communications: You will receive detailed check-in instructions and pertinent guest information (weather, road conditions, etc) via the email address and phone number provided in the booking. We respect your privacy and will only send stay-related messages.

Privacy: Gather Greene adheres to high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Except for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, phone number, email address and your credit card details for completing your reservation with Gather Greene, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Sales Tax: An 8.0% tax rate will be applied to all sales, services, and fees.
