At Villa Massis, our deposit and cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
Full balance is processed 45 days before arrival.
For cancellations received over 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, we offer a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
If you need to cancel 45 days prior to arrival, we will provide a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date.
There will be no refunds for unused rooms, meals, tours, transfers, or any other pre-booked services.

We highly advise considering the purchase of trip cancellation or interruption insurance to protect your travel investments against unexpected situations. This can provide peace of mind and financial security in the event of unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
