Property and Cancelation Policies :
If you cancel your reservation between 90 and 45 days before you travel, youwill receive a 50% refund.
If, however, you need to cancel your reservation 45 days, or less, priorto arrival, you will forfeit your payment entirely.
We strongly recommend that you have a travel insurance policy in place to coverany cancellation and/or changes to your stay at 81 Palms.
Dates may not be altered andadditional charges will apply if you need to extend your stay for anyreason. Important note: your arrival balance will not change even if yourdates change (for example, if your flight were to be cancelled).
